The room was very peaceful. The location was good for us. Several Tavernas within walking distance, and also the beautiful fresh water lake. The only freshwater lake in Crete! You can walk there too. Michalis and his mother keep a nice quiet place.

Very friendly host and his mother. The room was very clean with beautiful view on the garden and nice balcony. Good location for visiting beautiful beaches both north and south sites. I recommend you to stay here!

Good location, 5 minutes by the lake

A family owned property with a very warm and friendly welcoming and atmosphere! Attention to detail and a lovely region to enjoy Crete close to the sea, the lake and the mountains at the same time!

Good location just in front of Lake Kournas and 5 minutes driving to Georgioupolis. Nice terrace with table and chairs. Fridge and coffee machine, AC. Free parking behind the building. Joanna at the reception is absolutely kind.

Bathroom a little bit small and only bath tub, no shower (very common in Grece). The room is not very big.

Amazing location, a 5 minute walk from Lake Kournas with lovely views of the mountain. We only stayed for 1 night but the staff were so friendly and kind, gave us recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. Tea and coffee and a fridge provided too.

Being provided with some shower gel and shampoo could've benefited but not a big issue!

7 nights in this accommodation were rest and relaxation. Crete is sometimes busy in the streets. This accommodation gave us great rest and relaxation with a view of the mountains. The room offered everything we needed. The mattress was large and comfortable. In the terrace you can use the grill, a large table and a deckchair. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. A big advantage is the washing machine, which we used. The accommodation offers 4 apartments. I recommend this accommodation 👍

Loved everything about this place. Charming, peaceful property just a short walk from the lake. Quiet, cozy, with beautiful mountain views — perfect for tea on the balcony. The host was very kind and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay … all the staff were very helpful .. The apartment was close to the lake and ideal for exploring the local area. I would highly recommend staying here.. I am sure I will be back again Tosh

I left Rethymno after only one night when I had paid for 7 because it was fast paced, loud and was not what I had in mind in order to rest and recharge, which was my intent for this trip. I had secured another rental in Chania and was heading that way when the host told me I wouldn't be able to get in until late. So, I found this charming family home in Georgioupolis I reserved for the night, so I could rest before heading to Chania. Getting closer to the house, I was finally able to catch my first, of many deep breaths! This place, this town the people are what I needed all along. I ended up staying 2 nights. Because I had food, the hostess moved me to a room with a stove and sink so I could cook my own meals. 101% recommended

Lovely place in the countryside a few minutes walk from Lake Kournas. Very friendly and welcoming host. Peaceful and quiet. Nice room with large comfy bed and a big balcony. A great taverna down the road for dinner.

The bathroom was small and the toilet cistern was very noisy when filling up, which it took a long time to do. Shower was a hand held thing over the bath - could do with a hook on the wall for the shower head.

Ioanna is very friendly, nice and helpful. View from our balcony is great - we enjoyed sitting outside having our breakfast. It was very peaceful and quiet. Omly 5 minutes walk to the lake and 5 minutes walk to a great restaurant, Georgia's traditional tavern.

It was clean and smelt lovely.

Very nice and clean, was cleaned daily and also new set of towels every day. Very kind lady, high level service. Washing machine was also available.
