In addition to that, your initial booking was made for an Executive Cave Suite with Hot Tub. Therefore, we believe that caves are not structured to have windows, despite the fact that there are 2 windows on the door of the suite. We kindly suggest to be more careful and do a thoroughly research before booking a hotel for your future stays. Regarding the issue you encountered with the drain smell, we take matters like these very seriously. Our team immediately investigated the matter and took necessary steps to address and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, as much as we strive to ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests, unforeseen issues can arise from time to time. Its important to note that during your checkout, you indicated that your stay was satisfactory and that everything was in order. Your feedback at that time was greatly appreciated and would have allowed us to address any lingering concerns before your departure.
