The hotel is located on one of the highest points of the island, offering a magnificent view! It is designed in a cave style, which adds its own charm. There is a small pool where you can enjoy the island from above. The staff are incredibly friendly, always asking how you are, responding to any requests, and creating a pleasant impression. They allowed us to check in earlier, check out later, and stay as three people instead of two. The city center and various shops are just a 7-minute walk away. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The bus stop was quite a long walk from the hotel (with our luggage) as we walked up stairs through the market. So it's advisable to take a car from the bus stop to the hotel, which we later found to be very accessible. Thatnotwithstanding, the staff were very kind to come help carry our luggage when we called on phone. The outer jacuzzi (hot tub) was not as private as we thought from the photos, but still a very good option if with friends as each can be in his/her jacuzzi and still having a fun coversation.

The sea view and of the Santoniri landscape was exceptional from the hotel location. Breakfast had many options and of good quality. The location allowed quick and easy access to restaurants and other shops. We had an internal jacuzzi (hot tub) which was really good.

I can't say enough about this incredible place. We rented the best room they had at the highest point on the Caldaria that looked over all of Fira. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and made you feel right at home. We will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was great.

The view of the hotel is amazing, the pool has also a nice view, like an infinity one. We booked an accommodation with the jacuzzi with a higher view and it was definitely worthy, great for day or night (with heating). The location is great, close to Fira centre and around 15 minutes walking from the bus station, but at the same time it is in a quieter area. The staff were super friendly, attentive and flexible with us. The breakfast has great options, like omelettes, cheese, ham, bacon, turkey, pancakes, yogurt, coffees, juices, fruits, and the staff can deliver your breakfast in your accommodation or you can eat in the bar area of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the shower heated well. I recommend it.

The service, the location, the view of Fira, and the staff were extremely helpful. My room was cleaned quickly every day without me noticing, and staff were helpful with any queries I needed. The breakfast was beautiful, so the staff in the kitchen should be commended as well.

Public pool (we had private jazucci in our room as well) had almost no space around it. In general, you should take only those expensive suites because others have no view and we would have been sad if we got them. So take expensive room and you fill have private space and your own jacuzzi.

The property was excellent, just some things that could be improve or be included in order to have more facilities. Better towels, much modern hair dryer, to have clothes iron, bathrobe to put on after you get out of the hot tub because it was cold and windy. And something that needs to be improve the most is the bar menu, is very very limited.

would like to have had shelves or drawer space in order to place clothes thus we tended to retrieve clothes from suitcases and draping them over oversized indoor bathtub Jacuzzi which we never used believing it would have been a sinful waste if water that is scarce on the island as it is.

Central location, incredible view from terrace in front of the room of the caldera, central volcano, The radio and Oia. Wonderful ,very responsive could not be more helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

Booking accommodation from the other side of the world feels like taking a blindfolded dive into the deep end of the internet. But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered: just stay here. Seriously. I’m from Australia, and at 55 years old, I haven’t traveled much—so I’m pretty much a rookie when it comes to navigating international vacations. But somehow, my wife and I stumbled upon Mystical Blue, and it was love at first check-in. We walked through the front door, up a few stairs, and were greeted by a squad of staff who were way too happy to see us for that early in the morning. They took our bags (probably to keep us from awkwardly lugging them around) and told us we could hang by the pool until our room was ready. Let me tell you, the pool view was like staring into a postcard that had been hit with a beauty filter. The online photos don’t even come close. And despite the place being busy, it never felt crowded. It was like everyone else had better things to do than hog the pool lounges, leaving them all for us. Even the pool itself felt like it had a VIP guest list—rarely anyone in it, just how I like it. But what really made the stay was the people. The staff treated us like long-lost friends who finally showed up to the party. We stayed in room 10, which is basically a jackpot of awesomeness. Two windows in the bedroom looking out over the water, and if that wasn’t enough, there were stairs leading to a private rooftop. Yep, you read that right: rooftop sunsets and your own private spa bath. Couple goals, right? The windows in the bedroom open up to the main pathway where you can hear all the enthusiastic tourists passing by in a chorus of languages. I could’ve shut the windows and blocked out the noise, but I kinda liked listening to the soundtrack of global excitement while lounging in my room. As for the location, Mystical Blue is near a road, which is great if you’re in the mood to rent a car, hop on a scooter, or pretend you’re not lost in an Uber.

No view from our room. Our pool was leaking all over the tiles. Amazing room, but needs a bit of maintenance. Simple things like taps loose, need a new light globe over the sink, adjustment to the shower door.

Rooms were very tasteful clean and comfortable. There is limited sun decks if not in suite with roof top terrace. Only four loungers by pool as its small designer infinity pool. Large roof space should have had loungers but not used amazing views also from top terrace

Stunning location overlooking FIRA, Beautiful small pool with bar service. Definitely a honeymoon venue. Staff could not be more helpful and kind. Highly recommend for very quiet secluded romantic stay.
