It’s a stunning location and you can tell it was an angling property at one time. The current owners are just keeping it alive to cover fixed costs. It’s mostly shut down, there is a skeleton crew and the facility is going to seed

This property is in an excellent location. Beautiful sunset views. The infinity pool was clean with a great view of the harbor. Room was spacious and clean. The staffing was sparse but they were very helpful and accommodating with what they are given. Given the fact that the rooms/villas were not full, it was very peaceful.

Everything was old and distressed. I gave them an overall rating of fair because the property is so distressed and old but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. I feel bad for the staff who are faced with the many questions one has when they wander around.

Location would have been perfect if the lift down the hillside to the old town was useable. The view was amazing.

Property was described as a 5 star resort, I think I am being generous if I was to say it was a 3 star at best. Half of the resort was closed. The whole place felt deserted, neglected, outdated, badly maintained, shabby, no facilities or service. The lift access was vandalised, broken, covered in graffiti and smelt of urine, the fact that they thought it acceptable for guests to use this lift is disgraceful, I had to pay for taxi’s to and from the old town as I would absolutely not use that disgusting lift.

The views were amazing, staff helpful and friendly, great food, lovely pool, quiet. I was upgraded upon arrival.

No WiFi: the router was broken. A few of the amenities in the bathroom were no longer functioning. I guess post-Covid, it is hard everywhere to find help repairing.

The wi fi was not working/available, this put much difficulty on my work forcing me to use my hot spot data which became very costly, the hotel knew this and did not offer to compensate me for these costs

Wonderful location with views to match, and very friendly & helpful staff.

Most of the property is mothballed, with very few of the facilities as advertised on the website. I have visited many 5-Star hotels around the world and this is, without doubt, the worst one by a mile. On arriving at the main property, you are greeted by a big red ‘Do Not Enter’ sign and, with no one around, you wonder what you are expected to do. Intuition takes you to a grubby car park with signs to Reception. You go in a graffiti-strewn lift, descend one floor, and are met by a man who guides you to Reception. This is not based in the main building at all but is located in a sad little room among what remains of the rest of the accommodation. You pass boarded up windows, unkempt gardens, impossible-to-lie-on sun loungers, and you cannot help the feeling you have made a terrible, terrible mistake. Fortunately, we only used the hotel as a convenient base, from which to travel around the rest of Greece. Had we not done so, we would have felt trapped in our room, since there was no other spaces we could use. No lounge, no sitting room, no bar area. Nothing. It came as no surprise to discover there was no WiFi, the TVs were at least 30 years old, one of which did not work. It took 2 days to discover how to turn the lights on and off. There were lots of other issues, too many to mention here. One particular memory which will stay with me forever is the reply to my request for somewhere comfortable to relax. I was told to go sit on a chair in the breakfast room! The rooms are hugely expensive. The owners seem to be treating the property like a ‘cash cow’ until it eventually goes into administration. Beautiful views.

The facilities are old and outdated. The bathroom smelled and didn't flush well, and the fridge was broken.

The view was fabulous. The suite we had was spacious.

So the suites lighting system was extremely complicated with many, many switches. Most did nothing! There was a large bathroom but very little lighting. No lights by the sink area and none by the large mirror. Difficult to apply makeup! The room was cold even when we tried to change the temperature. The shower was also complicated.

Property has spectacular views of Nafplio and the sea. Room was large with nice terrace overlooking view.

Location was not ideal if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of Nafplio. Difficult to find and half the property is closed up, so looks a bit abandoned when you arrive. The room was a bit tired and the lights were difficult to work.
