There's no private parking available, so it can be hard to find a good parking spot nearby and the sunbeds were a bit too close to each other. Also, it's a great location for families with kids, so it can be loud at times.

The hotel exceeded our expectations from all points of view. The breakfast was delicious and generous, the two bedroom apartment was very spacious and nice and the view was breathtaking, the staff was very friendly, the beach and the pool area were nice. Lots of bonus points for the fact that it's pet friendly!

Perfect location right on the beach. Everyone at hotel were nice and polite. Pet friendly. Breakfast and dinners simple but good quality. The sea is calm and clean. Free parking space around the hotel. 2 big supermarkets and plenty of restaurants available

Very good location on the beach and close to the high street. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the food was great. Also, sunbeds included when booking with half board is a plus. Definitely recommend.

-The beach is rocky, and you need to wear shoes if you like to be comfortable. -From the third row, sunbeds are free (two sunbeds and one umbrella per room), BUT we never found free sunbeds because people were leaving their towels on the sunbeds so they could come and go and that place is always theirs and occupied. The staff were not really caring about this, so that all of their guests will at least some of the time have free sunbeds to lay on. They need to pay attention to this and if unattended towel is found on any of the sunbeds they should pick it up. I think that will show more care toward their guests.

Food, closeness to the beach, cleanliness, good night sleep.. The price is fair if you catch a good deal and book early. The city square is close, so you can walk at night and explore the little stores and occasionally you can hear live music. The staff is kind and polite.

Breakfast was repetitive. Our room was over the kitchen and sometimes it was a bit smelly. Also, A/C was set to 21* and we could not shift it :(

This is the best hotel in Hanioti by far. I was in others as well and for this money it is a great value. Especially when you have a child or a baby. Everything is close, room to the pool, bar, Restaurant and sea.

The breakfast is very repetitive and there are not a lot of options, especially more fruit is missing. For 2-3 days it was OK, but for longer stay I would search for more options for breakfast.

The room is good, equipped with good furniture. There are two AC in the family apartment, which is great. The bathroom is basic, and there could be more shampoo and conditioner. The mini kitchen is functional. The terrace is great and there is sea view.

Ok, where to start?😁 Location? Perfect. Hotel is build towards beach so the rooms are quiet and peacfull. 1 minut walking to the beach, 3 minutes to the center (markets, butiqes, restaurants...) Rooms? Big, spotless, bright. Cleaned every single day. Staff? Nice, worm and hard working. Beach? Clean, with enough sunbeds, the waiter is always there if you need coffie,beer...there is even kids playground if the little ones get bored. Food? We had breakfast and dinner while stay. There is always enough food, every morning and every evening we had fresh fruit. Food was tasty and well prepared.

Not easy to find the parking nearby the hotel.

Perfect food within half board. Location just at the beach with the sunbed always available. Beatiful warm sea with moderate waves suitable for kids.

A bit noisy at times since you need to have luck to not get loud neighbours, which wasnt the case for us since they were pretty loud at times… Also AC and wayer pipes tend to be loud as well…

It is clean, family oriented and has everything within the hotel itself such as cafe/restaurant, playground, private beach, pool…
