Everything was great, very friendly staff and host. Location is great, there is a free parking very close to the apartment; and if there is no room there, you can park on the street. The place is very clean, there is a lady that cleans every day and changes the towels and sheets - exceptional. Very comfortable, they met all our needs. We will definitely come back!

There was a noise in the air condition; whenever we told about it to our host,he took care of and afterwards, everything was much better.

Our host Thanassis was very helpfull and guided us very well. The room cleanliness and comfort are perfect; it was like the pictures. No noise from the other visitors. No parking problem.

It's preferable to have car for go to beach.

Ultra clean hotel. It is the first hotel that looks much better in reality than in pictures. Very friendly personnel, everything was superlative. The owners are very helpful.

The room was very clean and nice, with a nice view. We had breakfast at their restaurant, not far away: very good. Although it was full season and a lot of tourists in Neos Marmaras, we've always found a parking spot near the building. The bathroom, pretty small, but really clean and nice renovated.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our summer holidays. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The convenience of having a garage for our car was a great bonus. The room was spacious and impeccably clean throughout our stay. We were truly pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this place to others!

Everything was great

The room was very big and had everything you would need. There was a small kitchen where you can make your coffee and a nice balcony. The bed was also comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed regularly. You can park on the street for free, we always managed to find space even on the busiest days. There are also two free parkings nearby. The host was also very nice and always ready to help. There is no reception- when you arrive you will see the phone number written on the entrance and you will have to call.

The hotel manager/owner was great, he gave good suggestions for restuarants in the area and was very friendly - you could tell he really cared about his property. The room itself was more than 2 stars in my opinion but the amenities at the hotel was lacking thus the low star rating. If you dont need a pool or a restuarant at the hotel then the room itself is very good and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the room is very good. There are enough ingredients in the small kitchen in the room to prepare food. Cleanliness was pretty good.

The hotel is in a somewhat hilly area, but this is generally the case in the Neos Marmaras region. If you don’t have a car, it will be struggling.

Location is very close to the center and the restaurants. It is a silent place compared to central apartments. Apartment was very clean and housekeeping were cleaning the room every day. Thanassis is very helpful and hospitable.

The room was perfect for a group of friends and fitted our stay perfectly! It was clean and had everything we needed, there was aircon in the room as well. We were very close to the strip at Neos Marmaras and we walked down every night we were there. The host was great and suggested us loads of great different places to go!

I have nothing bad to say.

Quite correctly, it has a small kitchen. The bed is comfortable. Water pressure and internet very good. The housekeeper was doing her job. The air conditioning works very well! There is a large terrace within the accommodation. And the end is very peaceful. The guy who owns it is a really nice guy.

There is nothing that i do not like in the property.

The place was very nice. It was cleaned everyday and when we came back from the beach the room was so fresh. The hosts were so friendly and kind. They asked us if we need something every morning in the yard and respond immediately. There was a nice terrace, where we had breakfast every morning and a great yard where we were sitting in the evenings. The place is very quite. I recommend it and will visit it again for sure.
