This property is the perfect location, you can have your alone time and just steps away you are in the heart of Oia. It was cleaned everyday and restocked. And breakfast was brought to your room at the time you would request. The staff was amazing. Huge shout out to Vasilis, he booked all our transportation and day trips for us before we arrived. We had massages in our room, Eri and Jona were absolutely incredible, I highly recommend using them if this is something you enjoy.

Everything was perfect! Vasilis greeted us and was attentive! The location was great, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was also really good. When we were leaving, Vasilis let us leave our bags for a few hours while we waited for our flight. He saw my yogurt in my open bag at the top and decided to put it in the fridge so it wouldn't spoil. It's little details like that I truly won't forget haha. I also appreciate him carrying our bags to meet us at the top. Thanks again for the perfect stay!

Only thing which let the place down for me was the shower is pretty poor but everything else was amazing

Everything about this place from start to finish was incredible. Views from the room were what you want to stay here for. You are close to the people next door but most of Oia is the same and adds to the character of the place. Breakfast was super easy, the owners message on what’s app when you land at the airport, then you tell them when you leave and they have someone waiting at a cafe a short walk from the room, everyone super friendly and professional.

It was a wonderful time! The place is amazing!! it’s in the best part of Oia, with a full view of the Canaves. The location is exceptional because you can easily walk anywhere you want, and there’s no tourist crowd near the accommodation. The host, Vasilis, was very friendly and helpful. And the room, oh, the room, you have to see it with your own eyes. It was exceptional!

This accomodation absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was definitely a very special stay for my partner and I. The staff there were amazing, offered us many suggestions. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Did not expect to have such variety of options for the breakfast, which was great and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.

We were greeted upon arrival at the taxi area in Oia, Bill, our host was simply brilliant. Customer care and service was exceptional. Very helpful and very informative, nothing seemed a hassle. Facilities were spotless, and breckfast was very tasty. Highly recommend. Very private, we stayed in the Master suit and believe me, the place is even better in reality as it is on the various accommodation sites and they look amazing. It is what you see on the pictures and more.

Everything was excellent. Great location, excellent host, very comfortable property. Ali arranged a taxi for us straight from the airport to the property and then greeted us as we got out of the Taxi to help us carry our luggage down the stairs. It is a little bit of a climb to get to the home, but Ali was super helpful with the luggage without us even asking. The location is at the entrance to the pedestrian streets of Oia, the most beautiful town in the world. We were there in the the off season and there were still plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars that were open. The place and the are alone were heaven, and Ali made the trip so much better.

The steps are a little steep if you're elderly person so bear that in mind you can get tired.

The location was amazing, great views and very nice breakfast. We had all the facilities we needed in such a cozy room. The host Juljan was amazing and always very helpful as was Dimitris.

Not a criticism but people should be aware there are a lot of steps to get to and from the property of varying depths, for someone not physically able this would be an issue. However Julian and Andy met us and escorted us to our room, with Andy carrying our luggage which is a huge benefit.

Amazing views, added bonus of the heated plunge pool, just making it extra special. Julian and Andy were very helpful, checking in, assisting with taxi bookings etc and delivering fresh breakfast to your door each morning.

The breakfast is good and has several extra options besides the basic set menu, but for the price of the accommodation, the basics should include things like hot milk, some fruit and some cold cuts (ham or similar) and cheese. Installing a shower-toilet would be extremely useful and convenient in the bathroom. There is a beautiful little balcony at the end of the suite. During the day the sun shines directly on it, making it impossible to use it due to the lack of an awning. At night, there is no electricity on this same balcony, making it impossible to use either. A switch to turn off the jacuzzi light would also be very useful. By solving these small problems, I think we would achieve perfection.

Julian, the person responsible for welcoming us, is a true “do-it-all”. Friendly, helpful and fun. He helped us a lot and always efficiently. This guy deserves a raise. The view from the suite is so beautiful it looks like photoshop.. The location is excellent: close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. As it is at the end of the alley, the place is acceptably reserved. The only problem is the stairs: Warning for those traveling with children and elderly people.

We stayed in the cave house with the roofed plunge pool, amazing! Julian was so helpful & couldn’t have done enough, great fun too! Room had everything you need, clean, comfy & the views - wow!!! Defo recommend & would return.

It was slightly difficult to find room in the villa for our luggage however, this was only minor and really nothing to complain about when everything else was so perfect!

Juliano looked after us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our stay here was definitely the highlight of our trip and we will be back. The view was breathtaking however, the service we received was first class and made the experience what it was! This place was in a fantastic location and extremely private compared to many other villas you see in such a great location.

The wifi didn't work for half of our stay (which is tough on Santorini as the cell phone service is extremely spotty) and do keep in mind the room is extremely small, without really a place to keep your bags, so we ended up having to walk around them on the floor.

Absolutely beautiful view, the location really couldn't be better (though it's definitely not suited for anyone with mobility issues! Lots of steep stairs.) The bed was extremely comfortable, and the daily breakfast delivery was such a lovely treat. Eating breakfast at the little breakfast table outside was a highlight.
