The room was awesome. Clean, large and equipped with a pool! Big bed and decent sized bathroom. Amazing view from breakfast. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.

The only minor complaint is the walk to and from the suites. If you're carrying bags in the heat, it's not pleasant!

Simply stunning location!!! Beautiful room with private hot tub, pool with a view, and many other amenities, including the exquisite breakfast prepared every day by the chef (who was also very friendly). Highly recommended!!!

The staff (Eri, Demetrius and Lena) were absolutely amazing at this Boutique Hotel. Went out of their way to always make us feel comfortable, and no request was too much. The hotel has a lot of charm and good views. The spa bath in the room was a very nice luxury to have. Also, the pool and terrace area are great additions to have in Summer.

The location is quite a distance away from main tourists spots. And the roads getting to and from the hotel are horrendous. Very poor parking facilities if you're hiring a rental. Also, not easy to access public transport from this location. Expect to climb a lot of stares with your luggage.

The hotel architecture was very creative and charming. The location had a nice view. The entire staff was extremely warm, welcoming and good-hearted. We had an issue during our stay outside the hotel, and everyone went above and beyond to support us with an outstanding kindness. Our flight arrived quite late, not only were we warmly welcomed but we even got support to find dinner! We would like to say thank you to all the staff again.

I loved every part of my stay here. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was tasty! The views were breathtaking. The staff were so resourceful and they helped organize pickup from the airport and for drop offs.

I was unhappy that I could not use the bath. It wasn’t heated, so it was too cold to use. Wear flat shoes, as the hotel is difficult to get to with uncomfortable shoes.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was home made every morning and served on the rooftop. Terrace with swimming pool was perfect. We actually really enjoyed the quiet location far from the touristic areas; there are lovely wineries and restaurants reachable by foot

We really enjoyed our time here, even though we only stayed one night. We were upgraded to a suite: - the room was clean, tidy and modern. - the view was amazing - The indoor private jacuzzi was the icing on the cake! Thanks for a great stay!

Access by car is a bit tricky but it's worth it.

Comfortable and spacious room

The staff were incredible and the breakfast on the terrace with those amazing views was just the icing on the cake. The choice of food on offer was great and the lady who cooked the breakfast was so hospitable and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you all.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful — she guided us well, provided useful tips about the city, and even helped us understand how to use the local buses. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety and fresh options. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with an excellent view.

It's difficult to walk all the way down to the hotel from the parking lot with your luggage.

The breakfast tastes great. The view is amazing. The staffs are friendly.

I think the connection can be improved. The staffs should also be always ready at the reception.

Loved the hotel, and I believe the chefs name was Lillian or Lillianna, I'm sorry. But she was absolutely lovely and always willing to learn. She always had a smile on her face. Also, Eri, our hostess, was super amazing and helpful giving us any i formation we may have needed during our stay. When I do come back I would definitely be visiting there again.

The room and the service

The views are really beautiful from the rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The staff were nice. Unfortunately there were a few things which encouraged us to book which were not available/ open. There was no water in the pool and we were not told about this before hand - this was in April and it was warm but they said it was off season so not open (although we had stayed in 2 other hotels for this holiday and both had pools open). The hotel restaurant and bar were not open (also we were not told this). There were not many restaurants near, and although fira is only 5 min drive a taxi is around €30 each way so very expensive (same for the airport even though it’s super close) The bathroom door in our room did not close so was open around a foot which was not very private , and we had No power for an hour so sat in the dark. Also no robes and slippers like advertised although we didn’t ask about that so maybe they would have provided if we asked. Overall had a nice stay but a bit disappointed as feel it was a bit falsely advertised
