Our room was large and we got a great sleep - bed very comfy. Has all required for a short stay including coffee machine , toiletries . Great location near the harbour.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the bed sheets were stained. The shower head is broken and sprays in all different directions. The aircon has a terrible drip (so bad you have to put down towels to catch the water and can’t even run it overnight because it overflows) which we reported but it never got tended to during our 4 night stay.

Really well-located in the Old Town - beautiful shops, bars and restaurants around and in walking distance to the bus stop. Spacious room. Nice to have the mini fridge and coffee machine (with pods being refilled every day!).

This room is great not lux but great! It had everything needed for a short or long stay in the centre , spacious and clean with comfy bed ,clean linens and a fridge,coffee maker and kitchen.

It was a bit difficult to climb the stairs if you had a slight mobility limitation

My main issue was the wifi, which did not work well - I used both the simple one and the 5G one, the latter worked better, though the professional video conference that I had to do from the room was interrupted a couple of times, even then. The machine for card payments did not work, and I had received no prior notice about paying by cash - fortunately I had some cash with me, but this complicated the payment as I travelled for work.

Perfect location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Chania Old Town, so it is in proximity to the main points of interest, and enables walking around on foot. At times it would get noisy (in the evening) but not too much. The room was spacious. I stayed at the one that included a kitchenette and fridge, and a coffee machine, though I did not use these facilities. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I used the air conditioning for a few hours to warm up the room (I stayed on a humid and quite chilly day), and the heating worked great. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Very good staff and welcoming from the owners, they help us to bring the things to the room. Location was good, 1min walk from the port but you have to walk from the road about 2min to get there. It was comfortable and very clean and smell nice! It was a studio with 4 beds. The shower big and comfortable with nice smell on the towels.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Next to our request, the host added an extra bed in the room at no extra cost. Additionally the staff was very kind and friendly. All the basic facilities were available in the room. The Narkissos hotel is really downtown and all the points of interest are within easy reach. It was a value for money booking.

The pictures give away an image of a much cleaner and fancier apartment. Also we understood that the room has a kitchen but there was only a fridge. The apartment is suitable for a one night stay.

The apartment has an amazing location and the pub downstairs with the staff also working as the reception was great! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Had a double room instead of twin ( bro and sis) and sofa bed not very comfy, but double bed OK. Water pressure very low in shower.

It was above a rock bar, not a snack bar as advertised in the description. The music stopped around midnight but it was quite loud in the room until then. It is important to include something like this in the description as it might not be for everyone.

Some things were broken, like the lamp on the bedside table. I didn’t use it anyway so it was not a problem at all. Maybe the lack of a microwave to heat up things. All the rest was nice!

The accommodation on the whole is fine. But some things need attention: the bedside lights don’t work and the main door handle is loose and falls off. The hairdryer in the bathroom doesn’t work.
