Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

LithuaniaThe rooms are nice, but they are really small. Two adults with two suitcases felt uncomfortable as we could barely move around the bed. Also, our room was facing the backyard of the people living across the street where they were hanging out constantly, so we had to keep our windows and curtains shut the whole time. Overall, I would just upgrade for a bigger and better-facing room next time.
The location is perfect, the hotel is modern, clean, and the breakfast is exceptional. I definitely recommend it!

AustraliaThe rooms are beautifully designed. We had a seaview room the 1st night but the extra for the larger room on our 2nd night is so worth it. No hesitancy recommending Naus. Perfect location too

GreeceWe had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. The room had a modern, tech-friendly design with excellent bathroom amenities and a comfortable, stylish atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding — fresh, varied, and different each day (from omelettes to vegetables with eggs to fried options), which made it a highlight of our mornings. The welcome drink was a lovely gesture and set a very positive tone for the stay. Overall, everything felt thoughtful and well cared for — we’d gladly return.

GreeceThe truth is we encountered some malfunctions from the moment we stepped in our room (the Junior suite). The A/C wasn’t working and there wasn’t any hot water for our bath. Luckily, everything was fixed right away after contacting the reception , but you can imagine our frustration since we stayed for one night only, and specifically on the 15th of August, meaning it wasn’t cheap. Also, the bathroom doesn’t have a door per say which makes it a bit uncomfortable because everything is heard loud and clear. Finally, I forgot to mention that we had our 7-month-old baby with us. The problem here was the fact that the bed was screeching like a lot and we had to be extremely cautious when moving just in case we wake the baby up!
The decoration and all the facilities are very modern and new with a minimal aesthetic. The staff is extremely professional, polite and accommodating which makes your stay worthwhile. The breakfast is delicious to say the least! Everything is prepared in the hotel’s kitchen and you should definitely try the homemade koulouria!

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, nice employees, and great location. We were lucky to get a parking spot close to the hotel, and we didn’t need our car so that was great. We had a great time here.

IsraelThe bathroom glass partition from the room may have some privacy issues for some people. The glass wall/partition to the shower was frosted, but you could hear everything. The toilet had a door, but was not accoustically isolated. My boys' room had a frosted, glass door to the whole shower room which seemed better isolated. It didn't bother me, but my husband was a little uncomfortable.
Beautiful, new hotel overlooking Nafplio bay, and a short walk to Nafplio centre. Lovely rooms, gorgeous view, friendly and kind staff. I love Nafplio, and this hotel is a great option. Parking was relatively straight forward, even though we wete there over a weekend in August! The dining room and bar overlook the view and are lovely! Breakfast was good, and the lunch options from the bar were delicious! I would happily go back... often!! 🥰

LithuaniaCharming hotel in a wonderful town. Our stay at Naus Hotel was delightful — we didn’t want to leave. The location is ideal, very close to the oldtown center and the waterfront, yet in a very quiet area . The staff were attentive, courteous, and made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The only minor drawback for us was the lack of an iron in the room. Occasionally, we heard neighbors returning or using the hair dryer in their bathroom, but it didn’t affect our stay. We would happily return. Thank you, Naus!

FranceIMPROVEMENTS ARE MINOR compared to all the positive things we encountered - The small bedroom (cozy bedroom) we had, is only 16 square meters and it is too small when you have large luggages. You need to keep them open on the floor in "camping mode", and the bed was stuck to a wall. If you can take rooms with more space!! - There is an evacuation sign above the bedroom door and the green light is much to strong at night. I understand it's the law but how stupid to have evacuation signal and light in a single room of 16m2 !! you were to exit ... - The doors are in a very new material and they donc perfectly isolate room from the corridor. Fortunately, there are few people and well educated, so it is very minor trouble. - The hotel is a little "sad", very quiet and it could help to have a bar, to have a little life in the evening. Purpose is not to turn into a disco but not to enter in a monastical ambiance - Small bottles of water are 2€ each... they could be free... at least 2 per night
During a trip in Greece, we stay 3 nights this August 2025 in Naus hotel. Here are unbiaised feedbacks. - Hotel is brand new so everything is very clean and all construction materials are very qualitative all across the hotel and rooms, including some advanced technology in the bedroom - Service is very OK, people at reception are listening to requests - Breakfast is both international and local Greek dishes so excellent - Localization is perfect at few meters from all city charming streets - No hotel private parking but you can park quite easily and for free just nearby (there is a place at 50m)

GreeceDifficult to find parking close enough, but that’s quite expected when you choose to stay at the old town of Nafplio.
