The room was so clean ,comfortable and in an amazing location ,just in the centre of Ermoupoli,Syros. The administration was so helpful with everything we needed,very kind and willing to cope with any matter we had. This place is fully recommended!!!

Some construction in neighboring building so a bit of noise during the day but should go away quickly as likely another set of rooms/flats being renovated

The sea-view room was exceptional. Not only were the expected accommodations great, but Aris (owner) and his team have done a fantastic job in identifying all the little things that a traveler/tourist needs but doesn't expect. Slippers, very comfortable chairs on balcony (overlooking the harbor), placement of outlets and switches, even a daily refill of the complimentary mini-bar! In the heart of Ermoupolis with easy walk from ferry dock and to many restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect location ~ we loved yacht & people watching on the balcony. Suite was spotlessly clean, quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. Appreciated the minibar & extras. Comfortable bed, excellent air con & wifi. Brilliant staff ~ we received a warm welcome from Katerina and appreciated their efforts regarding allergies. Excellent communication from owner Aris who could not have been more helpful.

Everything was excellent. We could do with an elevator but not a big problem really - it is all part of the island experience.

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable room. Big (double!) shower with the right water pressure. Although in the very centre of Ermoupolis (very close to the port and Miaouli square) it was very quite/no noise coming from the outside.

Everything is in the details and Naves Suites was a delight. From the location to room to our host we couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t thank our host enough for arranging our baggage up and down the stairs again. There were complimentary yummy edibles and drinks in our room when we arrived. The bed was fantastic and the furniture modern. We were sent links of places of interest to visit and where to buy the best Turkish delight and nougat. Thank you Aris , you made our short trip memorable.

Owner and staff were fantastic. We arrived to a geee room upgrade to a sea view. Mini bar was completely free of charge and restocked daily. I can’t commend this property enough. Unbelievable stay and great location. Found a lovely swimming spot at Ciel Syros which is about 500 meter walk from the hotel. Hotel is right on the harbor with a great view. Aris the owner was unbelievable and went out of his way for us. We will definitely come again!

A bit noisy from the night club but not too bad.

I book the room for my parents, it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located at the heart of Ermoupolis with many-many restaurants and shops. It was clean and easy to access.

Air conditioning was right above the bed so it was a little dry.

Great location near the port especially since we were only staying a couple of days. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the large shower.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property in Syros Island! Upon arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a superior room with an excellent view of the sea and boats. The room itself was spotless, very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and the well-stocked mini bar, which was refilled daily free of charge. The staff and the owner were incredibly polite and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made our time on Syros Island unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

could not fault!

We were so pleased with the location of this accommodation. We were literally on the beach surrounded by cafes and restaurants, had an awesome vibe, had our own daybeds, with literally a 1 min walk to the beach.....absolutely loved the location and the area

We were only disappointed that we couldn’t stay even longer!

Everything about this property and its team was exceptional. Owner Aris Rotas went above and beyond to see to our every need, including helping us to schedule a much-needed appointment with highly sought after physiotherapist George Tentzerakis of MTS (Manual Therapy Syros). The Coco-Mat mattress, pillows, linens, amenities, and design were positively sublime. Plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea, sodas, and a nicely curated selection of adult beverages and snacks were provided. The location and view were PERFECT. And the space was grand, but also comforting… we enjoyed Bubbly on the balcony. Aris also recommended a wonderful patisserie Melikraton for breakfast that also served fabulous coffee. We loved the place and space so much that we extended our stay. Bravo Naves Suites and Aris! We’ll be back and give you our highest recommendation.

everything was good. nothing that i didnt like

great location. Right by the seafront. A bit difficult to locate. The entrance is behind the main road. You need 5o be able to call the owner to give you the door opening code. If you go by ship, it is to the right as you disembark from the ship. About 3 blocks walk. There are stairs getting to your suite. After that, enjoy the town, the beautiful island, the great food and your suite.
