The property did not match the description on Booking. The photos and information were very different from what we experienced. We expected a comfortable stay, but instead we were placed in an isolated villa with none of the amenities we were promised. The reception was not on-site, and we only learned this at the last minute, which made things very inconvenient. Communication was extremely poor. For the price we paid, the experience was very disappointing

Nice villa ("Villa Exclusive") with internal jacuzzi.

We unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. On our very first night, thieves entered into our villa - far from the reception - and our in-room was forcibly broken into, valuables were stolen, including cash and two gold necklaces. Basic security measures were not sufficient (e.g. no surveillance cameras, no dedicated security staff around). We had to spend the night and the morning after dealing with the police instead of resting.

    Property response:

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry for the unfortunate incident that occurred during your stay. Although the event was completely beyond our control, we would like to emphasize that it was an isolated case. Thanks to the swift and effective actions of our staff, the individual was arrested by the police on a nearby site with the stolen goods when he tried to escape . We took prompt action by assisting the authorities, maintaining close communication with the police, and providing full support to the guests affected throughout the entire process. We fully understand how upsetting and stressful the situation must have been, and we did everything within our power to ensure that all our guests felt safe, informed, and cared for during that difficult time. While we absolutely respect your right to mention the incident in your review, we kindly believe that the efforts and response of our team also deserve to be acknowledged. Our property always places the well-being and safety of our guests as a top priority, and we remain committed to acting with transparency, responsibility, and genuine care. Thank you once again for your feedback.

Our stay was wonderful – the room is beautifully designed, we really loved the style, the privacy of the place, and the atmosphere. The breakfast was varied and indulgent. We had an amazing stay.

through the main hotel. Another thing I think is worth noting is that the pool belongs to the main hotel and that it is shallow only. Other than that, truly everything was perfect.

The villa is very well designed and extremely well decorated. The small pool is perfect for relaxing quietly after a day out. The welcome is very professional and the advice on restaurants and places to visit is very useful. Even without a car, you can walk to the nearby village.

Great location, few minutes drive from great beaches and from naxos town. The stuff was super helpful and welcoming, breakfast was all hand made from Greek cuisine and tasty. Room with small pool was great and stylish.

The GM was extremely attentive and i had her whatsapp for queries. Room was a decent size. Price was amazing. Jacuzzi was surprisingly used everyday.

breakfast was adequate, but could have been some menu options. Aircon in the lounge was temperamental, but this can easily be fixed.

The breakfast was great. Great variety of local foods, which changed day to day. The staff was tremendous in presenting the breakfast ... very efficient and friendly. The staff involved in cleaning our rooms was also very good. The hotel was in a quiet area, which we liked, but easily accessible to downtown Naxos and the beaches.

We stayed in Villa #1, which had an indoor jacuzzi. An outdoor plunge pool, or an outdoor hot tub, or a deeper community pool would have been money better spent in our opinion. The indoor jacuzzi doesn't add much value. Finally, the on-site day manager was very efficient and competent. However, she never once went out of her way to engage with us ... or to interact in a friendly way that was not part of her routine. This is not a huge nitpick, but just something that in our opinion could be improved upon ... constructive feedback, if you will. Joanna, however, the secondary, or night time manager, was the opposite ... she often went above and beyond to engage with us, showing genuine and friendly concern that we were enjoying ourselves. She authentically made us feel welcome, not just attended to as part of a routine.

The room like a villa in the middle of nowhere is amazing for get relax, with the modern jacuzzi inside the room, was all what I need it in these moment. The quiet is perfect. The breakfast is vert nice, the only thing I think can be better is the service and the coffee, a place luxury like this, deserve a real coffee in the morning at least.

There is not good chill places with facilities like a swimming pool with a bar and some green place.

it felt very private and quiet. good amount of sun and not far from beaches / town. definitely recommend getting a car or ATV to get Into town and the restaurants but if you like to walk it’s about 20 minutes. the road was a bit dark though so be careful at night. the hotel provided us the car and brought it to our villa which was nice ( probably cheaper to get it on our own though ) lots of options near the beaches or in town. the staff at the hotel recommended some great spots for dinner and activities during the day.

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing our stay was! The suite we had was exceptional. Large and had everything we needed for our stay, plus a private pool and outdoor area! The location of the accommodation was great, private and quiet but walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. And the buffet breakfast was fantastic every day!! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Naxian Rhapsody was an oasis of calm, close to Naxos town. The villa itself had the quality of being secluded while only being a short distance from the main town and popular beaches. The Room was way bigger and well-equipped than we had anticipated and the Jacuzzi pool and outdoor lounge area setup was really lovely. There was also private parking for our car available right outside the villa door.

The Jacuzzi pool took a while to heat up and we couldn't figure out how to get the temperature to a good point initially.

The property is stunning and very well decorated and the size is really good for two people. We had Executive Villa no.2 and it was really nice, facing some natural rocks, it had an almost desert like feeling and it was completely private, which we loved!

It’s quite isolated so you definitely need a car, you can walk to the beach in 20 mins but Naxos Town is €20 each way in a taxi. Also they offer a “room service” but you can’t actually get it to your room, you have to walk and collect yourself which I thought was pointless

Our stay at Naxian Rhapsody was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. They provided complimentary transportation from the port to the villa on the day of our arrival and back to the port on our departure day. They also kindly provided a baby cot upon our request. The breakfast was very tasty and diverse, offering something different every day. The pool was stunning, and the in-room jacuzzi added a luxurious touch to our stay. The location of the property is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Agios Prokopios beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. Additionally, the Naxian Rhapsody offers car rentals, making it easy for guests to explore the island. I highly recommend Naxian Rhapsody to anyone visiting Naxos Island.
