Everything was good. The pool, the staff, the room, the location. There was Landry service, car service that made it even more convenient. Bus stop in front of the hotel to go the main town. Beaches are very close from the hotel.

The cleaning of the room was NOT so good.

The pool was very good. The breakfast was nice. The position of the hotel was amazing :) Laundry service was outstanding.

-Some of stuff were not friendly as expected even it was not that busy. (( not all of them )) - it was not clear the charter service they have. They say they have but it is unavailable. - some of plates and cups in the breakfast buffet were not clean which make you suspect of the hygiene. - you need to take bus to go to the city or the beach, neither of them is close. Buses have big interval so you have to wait in sun long time. Taxis are very expensive considering short distances. So it is better to rent car or ATV to move around. As no much to do in the hotel

Aircon wasnt working well in my room...power was cut one night into the morning due to nearby fire and last day the power had been reduced...both not in their control but no electronics charged and worse no espresso🥱 ...would like if there were non smoking area to eat breakfast at a table without guests/staff smoking in my space...but thats Europe for you

Little too far to the beach, but spending the time in the pool is awesome. Or getting to the city of Naxos.

Excellent, welcoming & discreet staff, very good breakfast and bar, AC worked perfectly well. It’s easy to travel from there even if you don’t have a car or don’t want to use a taxi - there’s a bus stop in front of the facility. My son fell in love with this hotel :). Full relax guaranteed.

Staff was looking tired, and worries and they didn't carry a good vibe. Except for Osvaldo, he was the only one to smile to us, they should get more of his energy hehe

The air conditioning is very loud at night! Apart that, everything was perfect.

Very nice hotel with very hospitable staff. Provided help whenever needed. The pool is amazing and the pool bar provides snacks and drinks.

The bathroom, big but old style. Not possible to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom.

Breakfast very generous and full of variety and healthy food. Stunning views from our balcony room overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance. Staff extremely helpful with local information, transportation, towels provided for pool and lovely little bar next to the pool.

The gym could use a slight revamp.

By now, tried several hotels in Naxos. By far the best. So tranquil and quiet (finally, I slept a night without waking) and yet well connected to the road towards Chora. Great pool. Nice atmosphere at the front desk; lots of lounge space. Good WI-FI. Good breakfast. All good here!

Location and near beach

Far away from the city, however you can take the bus to the city and the nearest beach. The hotel is about 15 minuets walk from the beach , but it is very dangerous to walk , due to high traffic area and no walk way.

It was very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
