Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PortugalLeaving.
From the moment we arrived, we felt not just welcomed but truly cared for. Hotel Nazos and George, capture the heart and spirit of Mykonos in the most authentic way — warm, charming, and beautiful. The location is perfect: just close enough to the town to enjoy its energy and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets. Waking up to that panorama each morning felt magical. The rooms are spotless, beautifully maintained, and decorated with a genuine Cycladic touch. Every detail made our stay both comfortable and memorable. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the hospitality. Giorgios and his family treat every guest as a friend. Their kindness, local tips, and personal attention made us feel at home instantly. It’s rare to find this level of genuine care, and it turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If you’re coming to Mykonos and want not just a place to sleep, but a place to feel at home and create memories, Hotel Nazos is the one. We cannot wait to return!

AzerbaijanLocation close to the Fabrika station was perfect for us to explore the beaches by bus. Also rather easy to get to the other bus station on Old Port. Additionally with its location up the hill, provided a spectacular view over the city from our room which we really enjoyed. (The only downside being getting to the hotel up the road on foot, which is still acceptable). Host was really nice and provided us with much useful information upon arrival. We would return here upon the next stay in Mykonos, and highly recommend it.

United StatesAMAZING staff, they make you feel so welcomed. I had a lost-luggage situation and they offered to drive me to the airport, which was so nice and not at all their responsibility. Thanks George and the full staff for having us. Also, the view from our room was amazing, and even though there is a walk uphill to get to the property from the city centre, it’s one of the closest streets where cars are still accessible so that was a plus for taking taxis, especially with heavy luggage. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Mykonos!

And the absolute highlight is the magnificent view from the room’s balcony. Wow, I can’t wait for my next trip! Thank you Stasy for everything 😊

TurkeyEverything was perfect.
They gave us a very warm welcome, offered us wine, and upgraded our room. They supported us with all our needs. The hotel was very close to the Fabrika bus stop, and we could easily reach everywhere. The bed was very large, and the room was functional. Cleanliness was excellent.

IsraelNothing at all
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make your stay memorable. The location is also ideal — just a short walk from the town center and a quiet, secluded beach.

CanadaNothing. As I mentioned above, the steep hill could be an issue for some people but I personally enjoyed the location and the view that being on the hill provided.
The hotel is situated on a steep hill overlooking the old city area and the sea so the view from our balcony was amazing. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was full of plants and had areas for guests to sit and unwind with a drink. I loved the location on the hill, but the walk to and from the hotel could be difficult for those who have mobility issues.

AustraliaThere is a step hill up to the Hotel which could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues but I an 70 years old and I could tackle it.
I was greeted by Stavroula, who was warm and friendly and offered me a glass of wine before she showed me around the hotel. The Hotel is in a great location to access all the restaurants and shops, only a five minute walk. I stayed 4 nights and the Hotel was always clean and well maintained.

GermanyThe bathroom size is a little smaller which makes it a little difficult for a taller person. Also if you are on foot then to reach the hotel entrance, you need to rise some steps.
Oh! What a view❤️ Amazing view from the hotel room. You can have a wonderful sunset view from your balcony itself and the room size was much better than other hotels in the area. Additionally, the host is lovely and treats you with homemade baked products. The location is amazing too being very near to the taxi stand and all other points of interest. Would love to go there again!
