Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. It's a bit strange the check in and out are in the beginning of the village and the complex is on the other but it wasn't a problem to us.
Had an amazing stay, the complex is new, it's very clean, it's on a quiet street which was perfect for a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff, I recommend!

The bathrooms were clogged up… and the water didn’t drain.
Beautiful house, comfortable beds. Our stay at Nefeli was awesome. Big Thank you to Niko for helping us find an additional apartment for our friends that decided to come also at the last minute.

Very clean and new apartment, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's small, but well organized and enough for 2 people. There's a private entrance in the complex with enough parking spots and seems very safe.

The internet connection was slow most of the time and we had to restart the router multiple times. Hopefully that will be improved soon to make this accomodation a lot better!!! Thank you for your dedication and time!
The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the sea. It was marvellous! We also had a balcony, a parking spot and a lot of room for our whole family! We loved it there, it was very clean and well-made as well! Wow!

The rooms were a little bit small.
Good for a group of friends or family. It was clean and supplied with everything needed. It's good that there is a place where you can park your car too.

On the ground floor there is too little space on the balcony - you can literally touch your neighbors so privacy is not possible. It is very dusty from the street.

The internet was very slow and often non-existent at all. Power was down quite often. Support promised quick resolution - but internet was still bad or non-existent and power went down almost every day for a while.
Everything was clean and the house was amazing for our family. Would visit again if internet connection and power grid outages are fixed.

It was supposer clean. It had every necessity a person could probably need from iron to hairdryer . The center was close by ,it was quiet and peaceful . I definitely recommend it for a bigger group of people

Poor wi-fi connection but it’s not big deal. That is good opportunity for digital detox:)
Comfortable apartment for family. Stylish decorated, clean and cozy. Parter floor was just we needed with small beautiful yard for relaxing morning coffee.

The mattress… I saw so many reviews about the mattress… now I understand why 😅 It was so hard and uncomfortable that on the second night I was thinking to go to sleep in the car … The place is perfect for a couple, but a bit small for family with a child, we hardly find a place for a baby’s foldable cob and with our luggage there was no space left at all 😅 The place looks much bigger in the pictures.
The location was perfect - quite and close to the beach. Some good restaurants and coffee shops just in 5 minutes walk. You have everything you need for your stay! The kitchen was FULLY equipped with everything, you have hair dryer, iron, slippers left in the bathroom… Every morning the cleaning staff was there and ask if you need cleaning or new sheets and towels.

The only disappointing thing was that for 5 nights stay our apartment was never cleaned. Just sheets and towels were replaced with new ones.
It was clean, comfortable and spaceus.

The check in was too late. We got our key, but we’d to wait 2 hour for cleaning

The accces roads to location is unpaved. To much dust around the complex . They are building new houses around and is noisy and dusty.
