The property has a great location, basically in the middle of the central city. It is easy to get to and from the bus stop, but close enough to walk to the beaches etc. Milan is also very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

The beds wer abit hard and the shower was abit awkward to use, my friends accomodation was abit nicer than mine. the pool also wasn’t ready when I was there which wasn’t stated on booking.com and was one of the main reasons I booked here but the pool does look amazing and a fun area if it was open

Slightly outdated rooms but that was expected do not an issue

Milan was very helpful and friendly. He picked us up from the port and dropped us back off again with no trouble. He spent some time with us going over the best places to go and how to get there

Noisy guests on our first night but this is to be expected on Ios.

The owner, Milan, is extremely kind and helpful. He sat us down and gave us all the information we needed to have a wonderful holiday on Ios. He even told us we could get discounts at a lot of the restaurants and bars if we mentioned his name which we utilized. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the port on our travel days. Truly a wonderful man. The room itself was basic and clean in a great location - easy access to the Chora (5 min walk) and a 10 min bus ride to Mylopotas beach with the bus stop being very close.

The bathroom facilities were quite outdated. The triple room was a bit too small - the single beds were shoulder to shoulder which wasn’t ideal.

Milan! Take a bow. Exception service including a transfer from the port and assistance when I needed a doctor. The location, pool and balconies were a lovely touch.

It is a hotel perfect for young people and really close to the centre. Milan was the nicest host ever. He picked us up fron the port, gave us excellent recommendations and was very accommodating and nice throughout the whole stay! On the last day we were able to stay longer and store our bags there since our ferry arrived quite late. Milan wasn’t able to bring us to the port himself but he arranged for a Taxi to take us. Some of the rooms (ours included) have a beautiful view of the port.

If you're not in your party 20s or party 30s the noise could get at you especially from 1am to 5am when party goers come back home. Otherwise it's the best place for you!

Milan is the absolute top host who gets out of his way to accommodate your needs. Pick up and drop off at Port and even carried my luggage. Many many thanks to Milan!

This was the warmest and most welcoming stay ever! Milan was super hospitable and helpful. We had all we needed and even more! The only complaint might be a bit squeaky bed, so if you are in a romantic mood - find other surfaces ))

Nothing really!

The owner is extremely hospitable he goes up and beyond to attend to your needs. He offered to pick me up and bring me to the port even when i didn’t ask. Glad he did! I also find the location perfect because it’s near the port and city center. The most hospitable hotel owners in my entire stay in Europe. Thank you Milan! I will surely come back!

The beds aren’t very comfortable, you can feel the springs digging into your back. Other than this, we have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Just a few little things- no lamps for bedsides so only one main bright overhead light, shower leaked lots of water onto the floor and it was very tired and old. However you get what you pay for! It’s simple and almost what you’d expect from a backpackers hostel

Good location very close to main town and all the restaurants, public transport, bars etc. Milan the owner was the highlight- picked me up and dropped me off at the port, took 15 means to run through ios life and things to do etc, gave lots of recommendations and was always quick to answer any questions!

Had some issues during our stay - we couldn’t unlock our room, no hot water, found leftover bag of food rubbish in the cupboard. But the host was very helpful and resolved these.

Nothing, everything was amazing

Exceeded our expectations, he was kind enough to collect us from the port and drop us back after our stay. The rooms were perfect for us and the pool was great. It’s also an ideal location and took us around 5 minutes to walk into the village.
