Location is unbeatable, the view is truly magnificent and the simplicity is lovely. Swimming directly from the bottom of the steps into millpond crystal water is an amazing experience. The air con works a treat and the water pressure is great. Our host was lovely and helpful. The local restaurant is great, as are options in Plaka (Utopia caffe is a must) and Tripiti. Recommend renting a car - it took us a few days walking to realise the sense of that.

The kitchen could do with more crockery, glassware and cutlery given the house sleeps five. The drains can be a little smelly, particularly if you're not vigilant with the drain covers. Price is a bit high. But these things don't seriously detract from an unforgettable experience.

The view, the view, the view! Perched at the water's edge, the view is what Nefeli's Smirna is all about. That and listening to the waves as you fall asleep. The second bedroom up on the roof is very private and shares the beautiful view. The roof terrace is a real bonus as it means you can get away from the neighbours on their front balconies which are very close. We had excellent service from Marinos who came straight over when the wi-fi provider changed the settings.

As beautiful as the smirna is, it is overdue for a refurb; the balcony is visited by many cats (with the expected odour). The roof terrace has no shade rom the sun, the deck chairs are uncomfortable after 10 minutes and there's no table so we had to drag the one from the front balcony upstairs. The handrail to the upper bedroom is very wobbly and the outside light bulbs had all expired. As had the tv remote batteries! Access to the property across the beach is difficult with heavy bags, but that's the price of living on the beach!

This is the perfect rustic, relaxing, remote dwelling right on the water. The views are spectacular! The former fish village looks just like in the pictures of the small hamlet of Klima, Milos. If you want fancy, this is not for you! It is bare bones when it comes to amenities. Our contact was stellar! His communication and thoughtfulness was first rate!

Hard bed, only one cheap wine glass, no sharp knives.

Stunning location, with the perfect veranda for sunsetting. Very helpful manager.

Not necessarily a negative, but it is a fairly rustic abode in a rustic setting (sometimes need to wade to get to the entrance). Visitors should just be prepared for that.

We were so excited to stay in a syrma in Klima and planned our vacation around it. Staying at Nefeli's was one of the highlights of our vacation and didn't disappoint. It was such a beautiful and well-kept property. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, listening to the waves, and watching the sunset. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Milos including beach towels. We also liked having the washer to do laundry which allowed us to bring fewer clothes on our trip. We enjoyed receiving tips about the local area and Milos when we received the keys.

Host met us down the road where our transfer dropped us off (which they organised). Host was lovely and helpful, looking into ATV options for us. The place exceeded our expectations, I thought by the pictures it was going to be a bit basic but it has everything you need and everything was comfortable. There is ample space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace and added roof terrace (which a lot of other places did not have). It was a fabulous stay being so close to the water, so peaceful away from shops and a great restaurant nearby that you can get takeaway drinks from.

Would have been great to include sun beds and umbrellas to have the option for shade.

The location is excellent and is really what you pay for. Facilities are fine, quite basic, you have to turn the hot water on half an hour beforehand but the air con works and it’s comfortable generally, but quite rustic

The lock on the door into the living room and second bedroom didn’t work. We were told it was a little tricky, but neither of us could get it locked at all while we were there and that made us quite nervous

The location was amazing! So thankful Marinos met us to help carry the luggage though, that was rough over the rocks and along the beach. We stayed in 4 places in Greece, this was my favorite.

There could have been more basic amenities. It isn't close or easy to get to a store so having water, sugar, cream and coffee upon arrival would be nice. Maybe some emergency items as well. There were crackers and jam and one bottle of water (for 4 people) though. It needs room to put things in the bathroom, that was frustrating. The bathroom smelled very badly but I think that is more about the location and plumbing. The listing should indicate that the master bedroom is only accessible outside. It was ok when we got used to it but a shock upon arrival.

The location and view from the balcony was amazing! Also a very helpful owner, who assisted with early check in and late check out.

If you’re not a cat person, be aware they will be around quite a lot!

Stunning views in a unique location.

A little challenging to get luggage from the car park to the room.

The location of this property is astounding. It is so beautiful and unique. You have the sea within 3 metres of your front door. The village of Klima is picture postcard beautiful. The sunsets are breathtaking. The property itself is artistically and colourfully decorated. I wish it was mine and we could magically go there whenever we wanted. Having said that we went in late October when there were hardly any tourists there. This was the best. I wonder if it would feel the same mid season. Because it is 3 storeys you can sit on the 3 storey and enjoy the view without privacy. Just go there.

    Loved everything.

Right on the beach (rare for Milos), tons of room for a family of 4, amazing sunset views, well-equipped, comfortable beds, AC works great.

There’s a small odor downstairs- seems to be related to plumbing? Also the parking is quite far away… on the side of the road that leads down to Klima.

Loved the property. Two beds and two baths for an amazing price. It was quiet when we visited in May, so it was so nice to sit outside at any time of day and just take in the views. The rooftop patio was AMAZING.

The host, Marino, was very easy to interact with, providing friendly support from the beginning to the end of our stay. The location of the Syrma (boat house) is stunning, with people flocking to it every day to take photos. Falling asleep and waking up to the gentle waves lapping at the sand beach right out front was wonderfully relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well for those hot days/nights.

There was a stench emanating from the toilets on both floors that made for an uncomfortable smell. We left the windows open and the AC on to mitigate it. The WiFi is quite slow, but often is on the islands, so this might not be the owners fault. Parking is a bit of a walk, but worth it.
