We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. However, we would like to clarify that, prior to your stay, we provided detailed written instructions regarding how to enter the hotel after hours, including our limited front office hours, how to access the building, and where to find your room key. Additionally, an emergency number was clearly posted on the front door, and there was a staff member available on the other end of the line specifically to assist with late check-ins. We understand how frustrating travel delays can be, especially late at night, and we strive to make every arrival as smooth as possible. Thrilled to know that you liked our central yet quiet location, our quality service, our design and hi-teck lightening. Although regarding our category we could offer only continental breakfast, we offer more than that such as : fresh organic products, such as fruit salad which is not canned but made by fresh fruits the same day, as well as uncut fresh fruits, separately for whom may need to choose his own fruits. Our guests can also find honey and homemade bio-marmalades, homemade bread and pies, a good variety of Greek cheese - not only feta- Greek cold cuts, omelets, scrabbled eggs, sausages, bacon, Greek salad, the famous Greek yogurt, energy bars, Greek traditional sweets and other products, which are either made from our chef or bought from small businesses. We served also filtered coffee and tea except the coffee machine with free of charge capsules which we refill them everyday. Also we provide upon request a great variety of coffees upon request with extra charge. As for the bread we buy fresh every day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay with the service we noted your comments and we will address them to the f/b department.
