Il personale è stato fantastico, disponibile per ogni spiegazione paziente nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche. La camera tutti i giorni veniva pulita da una signora molto gentile e carina, ottima vista tramonto. una colazione vasta per ogni tipo di gusto fatta con molta attenzione e amore. Grazie Jacob e sopratutto grazie Lia per la tua disponibilità professionalità e simpatia torneremo prestissimo a trovarvi. Excellent place, fantastic central location for exploring the entire island. The staff was fantastic, patient and available for any explanation despite the language barrier. The room was cleaned every day by a very kind and charming lady, with an excellent sunset view. A vast breakfast with something for every taste, prepared with great care and love. Thank you, Jacob, and especially, thank you, Lia, for your availability, professionalism, and friendliness. Recensione verificataSoggiorno perfetto, stanza spaziosa (vista mare), bagno comodo e dotato di ampi ripiani per poggiare il necessario, pulizia (quotidiana) impeccabile e posizione comodissima per spostarsi la sera senza dover prendere il mezzo. Anche lo staff è stato gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta.
Nulla! È stato tutto perfetto, magari consiglierei di offrire un po’ più di varietà a colazione!

Recensione verificataLa posizione della struttura era perfetta, vicino al centro ma soprattutto vicino alla fermata degli autobus, che ci ha permesso di spostarci facilmente e senza dover usufruire dell’auto. La colazione era varia e buona. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile.
Forse l’unica nota negativa è stata che la nostra stanza affacciava su un parcheggio dove c’era davvero molta polvere

Difficoltà a reperire parcheggio in zona (come nell'intera città), soprattutto in alcune ore. Il vantaggio della struttura è di avere una grande area di sosta pubblica adiacente all'hotel. (Quasi) sempre un posticino lá lo si riesce a trovare.

Recensione verificataSi tratta di una struttura a conduzione familiare, situata in posizione davvero comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi dall’inizio della passeggiata panoramica. La nostra camera si affacciava sul retro dell’hotel: era molto piccola, così come il bagno, ma anche più economica rispetto a quelle con vista sulla caldera e affaccio sulla strada principale. 👉 Valutate questo aspetto al momento della prenotazione, in base alle vostre esigenze. La colazione è discreta, anche se poco varia, e non ho apprezzato il supplemento richiesto per caffè o cappuccino. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e offre anche la possibilità di noleggiare uno scooter direttamente in struttura al costo di 28 euro al giorno. Molto comoda la vicinanza a un supermercato e a diversi ristoranti dove si mangia bene. Consigliato! Buona vacanza!

Recensione verificataĽalbergo é comodo sia per andare a piedi in centro cittá che per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici o in macchina se si vogliono visitare altri paesi o altre spiagge. E' vicino ad un parcheggio pubblico, al capolinea degli autobus e ad un supermercato. Noi avevamo scelto una camera con balcone e vista caldera, molto spaziosa e luminosa.

Recensione verificataPosizione ottima, vicinissima al centro di fira. Ottimo il public parking attaccato alla struttura. Camere molto pulite e vista pazzesca. Staff super disponibile, infatti abbiamo prenotato molte cose tramite loro. Whatsapp sempre attivo.
Una sola mattina siamo scesi per provare a fare colazione e c’era pochissima scelta. Quindi da migliorare sicuramente. Per quanto era centrale la struttura c’era un bel passaggio macchine che creavano un po’ di rumore.

Mi aspettavo una vista mare pazzesca, ma in realtà la struttura ha affaccio su strada. Il mare lo si vede in estrema lontananza. La piscina è in costruzione quindi la zona ad essa riservata era inaccessibile.

We also want to clarify that our pool is currently under construction and not advertised as an accessible area for guests. Since the pool is not mentioned anywhere as a place for visits, it is unreasonable to assume access to it and then criticize its inaccessibility. It's important to us that our guests have a pleasant stay, and we always encourage them to communicate any issues directly with our staff. During your stay, we asked if everything was satisfactory, but unfortunately, you did not mention any problems. This made it difficult for us to find a solution or address your concerns at the time.
