Incredible view from the balcony, a real dream! easy access to the private beach

Some nights can be noisy as there are open air showings of the movie Mamma Mia at Paraiso Beach, which is in the very close proximity of Nemesis villa. But the host provided ear plugs!! So it was really no big deal.

Communication with Lia, the host, and her family was very smooth and it made me feel safe, especially that I was travelling on my own. The place is even more beautiful than descibed, and the view is incredible, exactly as you see in the presentation photos. There is access to a small private beach, via a garden and stairs, which is oriented towards the south-west, which means once it hits noon there's no shade unless you bring an umbrella. I was able to borrow a beach umbrella from Nemesis, and this has made the hot days more comfortable. I definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon.

when all rooms are using AC it gets hot outside the rooms, which means more AC and keeping windows closed (no more sounds of nature!)... this is not the fault of the facility... fixing the situation would be a huge investment, I imagine, and the same problem is shared by other guesthouses and hotels on the island

The location was great. Although it is a little way outside Neo Klima, with a bit of a hill up to the property, we were very happy to take the 10 minute walk in and out to access the facilities in town. This does mean that it’s very peaceful and the views from the property in general and our balcony were fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the storage and equipment we needed for our stay. Access to the nearest beach was down a fairly steep path/steps but well worth the effort as it was usually empty.

Everything was just perfect. Studio with magnificent view, peaceful and quiet, super clean, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful private beach below the house. Parking under the olive trees. Neo Klima village with shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy within the walking distance. Everything you need for a perfect holiday!

A wonderful place to stay with a breathtaking view. It was peaceful and had everything I needed. Lovely and helpful owners. The bus stopped right outside and was regular enough so that I didn’t need a car. The little beach close to the property was beautiful.

The photos don't do this place justice. It's absolutely stunning here. The views out across the ocean and to the town are stunning from the balcony. The studio had everything I needed, comfy bed, lovely hot powerful shower and all the necessary items for cooking. The grounds of this place are beautiful with many interesting areas to walk around that lead down to a little bay beach. It was quiet and peaceful here. Short ride away from town. The hosts were accomodating and friendly and met me on arrival. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful get away.

Everything. Breathtaking views, private beach, pure nature. Almost too good to be true ! Only 10 minutes walking to Neo Kilma center, which is the best base if you are planning to explore the amazing Skopelos island and beaches!

The only thing is that the AC is loud.

The private beach is really amazing, especially because it is so secluded compared to other beaches. The view is spectacular. The village next is so nice, has everything you need. We also used the bus most of the time, you just need to plan ahead. We had a lovely week here of total peace, thank you so much.

So, I am a middle aged British man, who many say likes to have a moan. So completely out of character, I would like to say that my girlfriend and I had an amazing time at Nemesis apartments. The views are beyond spectacular both morning, noon, evening and night. They literally take your breath away. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Our hosts were extremely attentive, welcoming but respectfully left us to our own devices. (We even had home cooked Greek desserts left in our room when we were out for our day’s adventures. The restaurants in Neo Klima are excellent but I would say you need to hire a car to enjoy the island to its fullest potential. Once again, I’d like to say how much we enjoyed our stay in the stunning Nemesis apartments!!

Super location outside Neo Klima, nice room with a lovely view from the balcony. We had to spend three full days in the room to waiting out the the heavy storm that hit Greece in early September and were happy to be able to do it at this location. Daily cleaning and new sheets and towels every few days, plus beach towels supplied. There is a private beach just a few minutes away (steep!), and the sunset views are great.

Everything was perfect, from the beginning till the end. The place is awesome with an incredible view, everyday everything was reordered and cleaned and we also received some treats (i am not going to spoiler what). Lia is super friendly and available and certainly knows how to spoil guests. Could not have hoped for any better.
