The aircon wasn’t too effective, especially because of the high temperatures during our stay, and the pillows weren’t too comfortable but overall it was a lovely stay

The fact that you can't throw toilet paper down the toilet is quite inconvenient. It was the only thing we didn't like.

Modern rooms with full amenities (loved the nespresso machine!) with an amazing common area that offers a pool and view of the caldera. Very attentive customer service (arranged seamlessly transportation) and housekeeping! Quiet but also walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes…would definitely stay again when in Santorini!

Wish to have some chairs inside the room. There are multiple chairs and tables in the balcony.

Very good location in Fira. Very close to a general supermarket, city Square, and bus station to go to the airport and Oia. The private balcony for our room that looks straight for the sunset was a superb experience.

Angela was exceptional, spoke excellent English, helped plan our week to get as much out of it as we could. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, fresh towels and bedding each day. Perfect position to watch the sun set each evening and so easy to get directly into the centre. Few minutes walk to the bus station too, which was also great service to get around the island. We are already planning our next trip.

Better toiletries - not all in one shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Loved the location, minutes away from the centre of Fira, buses and local supermarket. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was small but nice. It never felt cramped, and you can't beat the view! The room was a good size and had air-conditioning. Wifi was good but would cut out in certain areas of the room. All in all, we would stay here again!

Due to its location, it was so easy to be dropped off near the entrance to our room without the hassle of dragging our luggage up or down stairs. It was off the beaten path so it was quiet and peaceful yet still so close to everything in Fira. The staff were great, the view was stunning and the room was comfortable for 4 people. We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved the island.

The views are magnificent. Location is great, close to restaurants, bus station and shops. Pool is small but good.

The shower was a hand shower at waist level , so small and inadequate And one morning water was cut off on the island for 4/5 hours without any notice That was very uncomfortable Not a drop in any tap and toilets in the morning ( without warning)

Amazing location! Stunning views of the ocean and volcano and surrounding islands. Spacious room- looks just like the photos. Shower was good. Kris was great and accommodated our late arrival and met us to show us to our room. Angela was ready to help with any questions and was very friendly. All the staff were great. Beautiful views of the sunrise from the spacious balcony right outside our room. Very nearby the main square and all the restaurants. A supermarket is just down the road for affordable snacks and water.
