Nothing, it was perfect

The villa was absolutely beautiful, we are delighted that we booked. For a group of 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children, it was a fantastic size. Everything was finished to perfection. Decor is stunning, kitchen so well equipped, beds very comfortable and bathrooms perfect. Daniel and family have done a fantastic job. They went above and beyond, with perfect finishing touches such as toothbrushes, robes, toiletries, eggs, milk, cereal, wine on arrival. Daniel was always available to message and so helpful in his replies. The villa was cleaned every other day and was done to a very high standard. We were all so sad to leave.

I recently stayed at this fantastic villa in Zakynthos with my boyfriend and my parents, and I can't recommend it enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us. They provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and excursions, which greatly enhanced our experience. The villa was impeccably clean throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the sea and a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. The outdoor area, especially the pool, was a highlight. We spent many hours enjoying the sun, and the terrace was perfect for watching the sunset. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return. This villa is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

A slightly annoying walk between the kitchen and pool but the house includes a mini fridge by the pool so you don’t have to walk far if you stock it well!

The team that run the villa do such an amazing job when it comes to hospitality. Dan provided great recommendations for things to do/companies to use. We had fresh pool towels laid out for us every day and the entire property was cleaned every 2 days (including coffee pod top up!). We’ve never had a better experience on any holiday in Greece!

The most beautiful villa with amazing hosts. Quality and attention to detail. Great communication and support whilst there. Their beautiful Neva Villa made the perfect Greek home for the week. Spotlessly clean Which was maintained through the week. Great location for travelling the island or relaxing around the pool and amazing home built entertaining space. Highly recommend and hope to return.

There's not a single thing we didn't like. I don't want anyone to think we're not genuine, but there wasn't anything at fault.

Stunning privately owned villa, that felt like a 5 star hotel. The personal touches make it feel like such a relaxing retreat. Noella and Daniel were so helpful giving us tips on where to visit on the island and nothing felt like too much trouble. The villa itself was cleaned, towels swapped, pool cleaned etc every other day. Quite possibly the best booking we've ever made. A couple of beautiful tavernas within a ten minute walk means you can relax and have a delicious dinner too.

The villa looks exactly like in the photos or even better! The level of quality is exceptional. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outside area is beautiful with a nice size pool. The location of the villa is perfect - just outside of Zakynthos town. The owners are great hosts, very helpful and extremely kind! This is a perfect choice for the stay in Zakynthos!

Neva Villa stood out as a unique and remarkable accommodation. Its distinctive architecture and rustic charm set it apart from typical vacation rentals. The combination of traditional stonework and modern comforts created a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable. Surrounded by a beautiful and a very caring family that was always available for everything we wanted this was truly amazing. Will visit again for sure, highly recommended!

Neola is a very caring and supporting person and made us feel very welcome at her house. We had a great time there as we found everything what we needed to feel home. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms were very comfy, terraces had a great view and we reall enjoyed the salty Pool and outdoor kitchen.
