The suite I stayed in was massive. It was stunning and comfortable. The decorations, the bed being in a separate area than the living room but still felt like a continuous flow. The views out the windows and jacuzzi, you see the sunset and the moon rise. They provide everything from coffee, tea, water and a small bottle of prosecco. There is someone to help you with luggage as well so everything feels taken care of. The best part is the breakfast which is brought to your room. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Ana helped checked my ferry departures to make sure it would run after a cancellation.

We had a wonderful stay at Niabelon Suites! Location was great, the room itself was stunning - we especially loved the hot tub and the sunset views. Comfortable bed and breakfast delivered daily - it was a couple of days of heaven!

We had a brilliant time here for 2 nights! Location was so nice that we can see sunset and sunrise beautifully from our room. Staff were super kind and we were impressed with their hospitality to give us full-support to enjoy Oia. They gave us restaurant recommendations and best way and time to visit crowded photo shooting area of central Oia. They even helped us to carry our luggage from our room at checkout time. Hotel was close to the bus station and the city center of Oia which was very convenient. If we were to come to Santorini again, we will definitely choose to stay here! Thank you so much for the splendid experience!

Beautiful place and location

I recently stayed at the Niabelon Sun Suite and it was truly a 5-star luxury experience from start to finish. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light. It included a comfortable living area, a small but well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a dedicated space for hair and makeup—everything thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The suite offered complete privacy, and the private jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was absolutely breathtaking—especially during sunrise and sunset. It was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast was included and delivered directly to the suite each morning at a time of your choosing, which added a personalized touch. The staff were warm and attentive, and the owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. The Deilino rooftop bar, part of the property, was another standout feature. The service there was fantastic, and the panoramic views were stunning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene getaway.

It was lovely! It was very close to the center of Santorini (2min walk) but still super quiet! Bed was really comfy. I slept sooo well! The hotel staff is super kind & very helpful if you need anything! I really enjoyed being here :)! I can only reccomend!

We had a fantastic time at this apartment – everything was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset from the terrace was magical! The location was perfect – peaceful, yet close to restaurants and shops. The host was kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini. We’d love to come back one day!!!

We especially loved the stunning view over the sea, the cleanliness, and the spaciousness of the room. Everything is very modern and stylish, offering all the amenities you could wish for.

There’s really nothing to complain about, at most on a very high level. For example, we would have appreciated having some milk available for the coffee at breakfast, but that was quickly provided upon request. An outdoor pool would have been a nice addition as well, since access to the pool at the neighboring hotel is quite expensive at €100 per person.

Check in/out & concierge: The check-in process was easy and convenient - the staff was still up when we arrived late at 10 pm, and Anna gave us a nice overview of the hotel and Oia areas to explore. Anna was also available during the day to provide recommendations for other towns and restaurants on the island. The luggage storage was very helpful when we checked out but had an afternoon ferry ride. Room: The suite itself is huge, clean, absolutely gorgeous with BOTH sunrise and sunset views, and the hot tub looks out on the town while still maintaining privacy (at many other hotels in Oia the hot tubs are visible to passersby). Location: The suites are across the street from the main part of town, which means that it is extremely easy to walk to the sights without being impacted by crowds walking around the hotel. The private onsite parking was very clutch for not having to worry about competing for public spaces - we were able to go in and out of Oia easily. Amenities: The daily breakfast was brought to our room and was delicious. Guests have access to the pool at the hotel next door, which is a nice perk on a hot day.

Suite is immaculate. Lots of space, beautifully finished, nice and airy. Balcony has a superb sunset view. Breakfast is lovely and brought to the room. The site staff, Beko and Doris are excellent. Ana the host is an absolute delight, helpful and knowledgeable. She works all hours and goes above and beyond to make things work. We had a superb stay. Can't wait to return. Thank you all.

Breathtaking view and great host!!! We cannot express how lovely it was to be greeted warmly by Ana, great amount of hospitality and privacy given. We loved it that we can actually meet and talk to someone when checking in and out VS self-check ins. We get to talk to a local, someone who knows the area, give recommendations, and having that face-to-face interaction is just great. The view during sunset from the private hot tub was just a memory that's etched in our hearts and minds for the rest of our lives!!! SO GOOD. And the breakfast spread in the morning delivered right to our doorstep- incredible. I would highly recommend this place!

The area around the hot tub can get quite wet and slippery! More non-slip features in the future, hopefully. The shower area didn't had any curtains so the whole bathroom is wet after shower. The circular bed is a tad too short for my 6'2 husband but it was comfortable and we both had a great night sleep anyway.

Great new property. Everything you need for a couple nights in Oia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is private car parking. Bring you breakfast to your room everyday too. Lovely sunset view in the evenings. Great value for money. Interior designing was beautiful too.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Both our room and the view from the property was amazing! was able to catch the sunset from the private jacuzzi and in the morning they served us a complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed with the view.

Wish I could have stayed longer!

Rooms were exactly the way it's shown in the photos.Its a new built property with all the modern facilities.The best part is you could see the sunset from the Jacuzzi.Sunrise was also visible from this property. It's a 9 min walk from the Oia castle and 3 min from the Oia bus. Location is near Delino cafe and bar restaurant and it's still not in the Google maps yet so one may not find it if they search now. Prosecco was given to us as a complimentary welcome drink.The breakfast was also super delicious. I highly recommend this property at least for one day stay and rest you may spend on other luxury properties based on your budget.
