Absolutely no negatives from us!

A great place to stay, quiet and off the beaten path. Very clean and comfortable. An easy walk to Skala. The owner is very hospitable, offering to transport us to local beaches and tourist destinations as we did not rent a vehicle for our short stay. Highly recommended.

Hospitality :) Nicolas and all his family were incredibly friendly and helpful to us. They are always ready to help to anything and always smiling 😌 Nicolas picked up us from the port and even transferred us to the beaches. Studios are very close to the city center, only 10min to walk. The place is either very comfortable and safe for the kids. No cars around, abig garden and a gazebo. We felt like we are at home

One of the great Greek experiences. Nicolas will point out all the right things to see/ do. And there is a great beach and the best restaurant imaginable at that beach, just 5 min walk from the property.

Fabulous stay at Nicolas studio. Great location, studio very clean and spacious with lovely sea view. The family are wonderful, so kind, they thoroughly spoilt us with homegrown treats and even bought us a cake on our wedding anniversary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again highly recommend. Thank you to all the family for ensuring we had a great stay.

Maybe the hot water turned on more during the day, since I understand that the island like the sun heating roof more! But at nights we had wonderful hot water!

Mr Nicolai and his wife and two sons were the most hospitable in any hotel stay I’ve had… They met us at the pier at 2 am and drove us to our studio rooms… (I only had a bit of difficulty with the steps( but not my friends. They even brought us fresh bread/ tomatos and eggs/ cookies and cake! Can’t wait to go back!!!! They went beyond what they needed to do. Mr Nicolas would honk sometimes and say, “Let me know if you need to go somewhere…!) no charge! It was like we met our Greek family… who were waiting for us to arrive! Thank you Nicolai studios! There's nothing I didn't like

Patmos is already a wonderful island. But staying at Nicolas Studios made this trip even more amazing. Nico and his family are very sweet, friendly and caring. Nico surprised us every morning with fruit from the garden and eggs from the coop. When we didn't have a car, he gladly took us everywhere we wanted to go. He was very interested not only in us but also in everyone who stayed. We are very lucky and happy to know Nico and his family and to stay here. We can't wait to go back as soon as possible.

We were a large group of 8 people. Nicolas and his family made us feel at home. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us with watermelon and the next day they served us homemade delicious cake. Nicolas was very helpful in choosing beaches to visit and activities to do. Even though we were 8 people, he did most of our transportation with his large SUV. The rooms were clean and adequate, cleaning was done every day. Dear Nicholas, thank you for your hospitality. We will meet again :)

Located just 5-8 minutes on foot from the port of Scala, Nicolas studios is a great choice for your summer vacations. From the moment you will arrive you will appreciate the almost panoramic view of the port, the beautiful plants and flowers of the garden, and last but not least the feeling of calmness and open space-as around the property there are fields with goats, chickens and a couple of rabbits. In addition, our room was always clean and tidy with linen and towels renewed daily. The owners, mrs Theologia & mr Nicolas are the kindest people you’ll ever meet, always willing to offer fruits from the garden or a homemade sweet they have prepared. Already looking forward to come again!!

Everything was perfect! Our host Nicholas and his whole family were so kind, helpful! He even greeted us, gave us a ride on the departure day; fed us with the karpouzi and eggs he grows in their own garden! :) I wish we could have stayed longer. Please stay at this place! 💙

WE LOVED EVERYTHING

BIG BIG THANK YOU TO NICOLAS AND HIS FAMILY. THEY MADE US FEEL AT HOME ALL TIMES. WE ARE VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO BACK TO PATMOS TO STAY AT NICOLAS STUDIOS NEXT TIME. THE APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL, CONVENIENT, EXTREMELY CLEAN, COOL AND COMFORTABLE. IT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED AND WALK DISTANCE FROM SKALA HARBOUR, YET BEAUTIFUL AND QUITE. IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND MORE. NICOLAS IS AN AMAZING HOST AND A FRIEND. HIS HOSPITALITY IS BEYOND DESCRIPTION. WE DIDN'T JUST MADE A GREAT VACATION, WE ALSO MADE GREAT FRIENDS THERE. It is a very clean and sweet property run by a friendly family. It is very serene and you wake up with the roosters every day. The location is a walking distance to Skala and Meloi Beach but it may be less convenient to go on foot especially when it is hot. Nikolas was so nice to offer us a drive every single day to the beach, town center, etc. since we were late to rent a car. He also helped us a lot to find a car. His wife was also very sweet and hospitable offering us freshly made cookies and cakes upon our arrival. I would most definitely recommend this property to anybody visiting Patmos!

Everything ! This is off the scale fantastic!!! I was in Patmos for nearly a month & this was the highlight of my trip. The studios are well appointed, kettle, fridge, a/c, good shower etc cleaned everyday and all have the most amazing views - beautiful sunrises and moon scapes over the town - location is great - near to a secluded locals beach (5mins) centre of town (5mins) restaurants etc - an easy and safe walk at any hour. Also near a bus stop for adventuring further. Best of all though the hosts !! Nicolas and his family are the most hospitable, generous and loving people, sharing their homegrown figs & fruits, island secret spots and general good vibes. What a place I’ll be back as soon as I can ! Enjoy 😊

The only negative would be the bathroom which was cramped. Small shower with curtain and difficult not to wet bathroom. Inconsistent water temperature. This is a small thing though and lots of people wouldn’t mind it.

The property was just as described. Lovely little balcony with view over Skala and useful washing line and pegs for drying. Nicholas and his family were very friendly. Picking us up from the ferry, driving us to car hire company. Dropping us back. Watermelon on arrival and lovely fruit during our stay. We checked out of our room on the last day but Nicholas gave us three use of a room to shower and change after a beach visit before leaving for the ferry.

Nicolas was super friendly and massively accommodating. We were able to see everything we wanted to see in a short period of time, thanks to his help. We felt like a part of the family for the time we were there!

We felt very welcome by the host and his family. They shared their fresh garden produce and home made treats.We had wonderful conversations. The location is ideal and close to all of the island's delights.

Shower is little bit small but it is managable

Great hospitality, very warm and wellcoming behaviour from first to last moment. When we arrived, Nicolas made surprise us and picked Up from ferry. He organized everything including renting motorbike. And Last day again they picked Up from hotel to ferry. He and his family act like relative. Thanks to Nicolas family.

Nikolas, his wife and family are exceptional hosts. Everything from the pick up at the ferry port to driving us around the island was fantastic. The studio was immaculate and you are often surprised with fruit from the garden and freshly baked pies. It’s a short walk to Skala with its shops and restaurants, and also another short walk to the beach . Amazing week.
