I liked everything.

The host was extremely accommodating in every aspect. He understood the island well, and gave us amazing recommendations for bars and dinner. When we could not get a taxi, he hired one for us, and consistently went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. Adonis was super nice! Make sure to stay at Niki Rooms and you will experience his kindness for yourself.

Great location in Adamas, close to everything. The place was clean and well-maintained. It matched the photos perfectly. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it!

The soundproofing is not the best, so you can hear people having loud conversations outside. But it wasn't a dealbreaker in my opinion.

The apartment was clean and the bathroom newly renewed. It is very close to Adamantas center so you can walk everywhere, even to some nearby beaches.

Distance to main town was challenging as it was sloped quite a bit. Room should be equipped with additional amenities such as a large mirror, more lighting. Small table.

Niki Rooms was a great spot to stay for a couple. The town of adamantas is just 2 minute walk away and there was an atv rental service about 1 minute away. I would recommend to guest to rent an atv to be able to explore the island.

Close enough to the port, 7 min walk ish. They even sent me a video to help find it; but it was easy anyway. Great shower, lovely staff, roomy and nice little extras. Hair dryer was phenomenal.

Excellent value. Excellent hosts. Thoughtful touches everywhere - Kuerig cup coffee maker with excellent coffee at no charge; a decanter of port wine free of charge; and more. Comfortable beds. Large room. Strongly recommend!

Hot water is subject to sun conditions during the day but it wasn't really a huge problem as it's perpetually sunny during the summer months

Tastefully decorated room with lots of nice lighting. Has a nice little balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee (there's a coffee machine as well). Great location that's away from the bustle of the main town but near enough to quickly get to restaurants and groceries. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

this property was perfect for me. the rooms are beautiful, the beds super comfy and shower pressure so good, it’s very close to the port and easy to get to, the staff are just amazing - got a run down of the whole island on arrival with recommendations of the best places to go and best experiences that I couldn’t miss. it is a beautiful family-owned business and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Nice hotel, Anthony was very kind and offered lots of suggestions on what to do or where to eat. They also leave some typical food as a gesture to try. Max 10 minutes walking distance from the port. Great value for money

I was really clean overall but some mold in the wet spaces.

The room looks nice! And the hosts are amazing. so friendly. Something to drink and a little snack upon arrival. Really makes a difference.
