The room was big enough, tastefully furnished and decorated. Cleaning and change of towels every two days, so the room was kept spotless. The kitchen was equipped well enough, and the AC worked well. The WiFi worked exceptionally well, especially for the standard we have come across while travelling in Greece. The view is breathtaking, exactly as in the pictures, the garden stunning and it is wonderful living right by the beach. Generally the location is very nice, close to the Agios Sostis port and Cameo island. The host is very nice and helpful, he accommodated to us coming earlier than the check in hour due to an early flight.

The beach is not very wide, and so the sand was always wet and hard, also there is little room for laying down on your towels because the beach bars keep cluttering the beach with more and more sunbeds as the day goes by. Also, expect cars driving on the beach in the morning. Although the sea, which is very shallow for a long time so the water is warm and calm was a good compensation. Reaching the nearest shop or taverna takes about a 10 minute walk at least, and the bus stop is a longer walk away. Would have been more convenient to have a bigger fridge and more counter space in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful vacation! The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist us. Highly recommended!

the apartment is in a very peaceful spot in a very busy area. We felt very lucky to select this apartment. The interior was modern and comfortable. The terrace view was spectacular. We spent many days on the beach right in front of the apartment house, under the umbrellas belonging to the beach bar next door (free if you consume there and they have excellent breakfasts and cocktails :) ) The owner of the apartment house was also exceptionally helpful in any topic we turned to him.

walking to the city center is inconvenient as there is no pedestrian road (generic problem, not specific for this apartment)

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, bright, and very well located — just a minute from the beach, with an amazing view from the balcony. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The beach nearby is perfect, especially for kids — shallow, warm, and calm. The location is also close to restaurants, shops, and the port for boat trips. The building is very quiet, with excellent sound insulation — we never heard any neighbors. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Two small suggestions for improvement: it would be very helpful to have a wall-mounted holder for the shower in the bathroom, and an outdoor shower near the entrance would be great to rinse off sand before coming inside.

Gorgeous views and right by the beach! The location was perfect, not too far from Laganas but quiet. Perfect for families or couples looking for rest and relaxation.

Can be a bit tricky with suitcases depending on which room you’re staying in, but we had help carrying them to our room.

The property is exceptional. Direct water access from the accommodations is a significant advantage. The beach and water quality are pristine, making this an ideal location. There are no apparent drawbacks.

I was generously given a large sea view room given I was staying at a time of low demand, the owners were very communicative, and the location is within walking distance of nearby restaurants as well as the Agios Sostis Port.

Located in a quiet Olive Grove area with tasteful sea-shack themed decor, it's a short walk to local coffee shop/bakery 'Cool Beans' and one of the best restaurants in town - Brusco's - the beach bar and Taverna were closed as we were late in the season. Hired a car for 2 days to explore the island plus a local Fisherman feeds a couple of turtles in the nearby harbour around 5.30 pm each day which makes for great pics. Super clean and possibly the most comfortable bed we've slept in with towels changed every 2 days - Nikki was really helpful with pre-arrival info and Alex helped us out with a couple of issues via text. Thanks both😃

No kettle for morning tea so boiled water in the pan.

Everything about this place is perfect. It is the 2nd time we come here and we absolutely loved every moment. The rooms are fantastic.. The view unbeatable... The beach dreamy... Paradise. 💙💙💙 Thank you Nikki and Alex. 🥰🥰

I liked everything, the people are warm and nice, the place is gorgeous and the food at both Oasis Beach Bar and Harbor Taverna is exquisite and delicious. It a our third year here and we are definitely coming back!

An amazing apartment on the water, the bed the most comfortable of our Greek stay. The view was just like the picture. Location with a car was excellent. Nikki the host was welcoming and answered questions straight away.

Difficult to find was the only problem.

Unreal location, stones throw away from the beach, in the middle of a beach bar and a taverna, with other restaurants nearby, absolutely stunning! Comfy beds nice and clean.

If you are not mobile the stairs could be an issue if you have large suitcases, it's not luxurious but view, location makes up for it x

The location was perfect, being right on the beach and in a quiet location. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. The accommodation was very modern and clean.

I wouldn't say I didn't like as such, but more a case of I didn't expect it to be just one room with the bed, sofa bed, kitchen and wardrobe together. We had two teen girls with us that sometimes needed their space. That said, it didn't feel cramped due to the room being very spacious. My only slight negative would be the fan for the air con being on the balcony and blowing out hot air, sometimes made it uncomfortable to sit on the balcony. However we got around this problem and also understand that the fan had to be there.

The interior decor, location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff

The apartment was right on the water. There is a great beach bar that we had breakfast and lunch at. We were able to swim with turtles very close to the shore. The location was great. The owner was very friendly. This place is fantastic. I will come back for sure.

The only thing was the check out at 10 am but they let us stay a little later and had a room we could use if needed.
