We had a phenomenal stay at the Nikon! We had booked the ground floor room with private pool, we had missed our holiday the year before and I had seen on social media about the Nikon and we were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped into the Foyer of the hotel, we were greeted with exceptional customer service and care. The room was the best room I had ever stayed in, all of the staff were friendly, chatty and couldn't do enough for you. Marilee and the rest of the team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely delighted to be able to recommend this hotel to others and we will be back to stay with them again.

AustraliaIt was near the airport, so quite a way from the centre of town. It was a EU20 to get a taxi to the port.
I have not stayed in a smaller hotel in Greece before, only a large chain in Athens, and I was blown away by the hospitality of the Nikon Hotel. Maybe this is normal in Greece. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for me, from arrival to departure. Even the housekeeping staff were up for a bit of a friendly chat! The extras they supplied were incredible, just for my one night stay. Lovely pool with great lounges, and it was nice to eat breakfast by the pool. The hotel is pretty close to Zykanthos airport, which is good for late night arrivals.

More than perfect – an unforgettable stay in Zakynthos! Our stay at this hotel was way beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family — with champagne in hand, a warm smile, and a sense that we were about to experience something special. And we truly did. A very special thank you to Marilee, who made our holiday not just enjoyable, but unforgettable. She went above and beyond, not only ensuring our comfort inside the hotel but also organizing a private boat rental for us to explore Navagio, the Blue Caves, White Beach, Golden Beach, and more — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on too; we had some of the most delicious Greek food we've ever tasted. The hotel was extremely dog-friendly, which meant the world to us. Our little Blackie (our 5-year-old Bichon Havanese) was treated like royalty, with her own bed, food and water bowls, and so much love from the staff. It's rare to find a place that welcomes pets with such genuine warmth. The room was spotless — cleaned every single day — and had thoughtful touches that made all the difference: fresh coffee, sweets, and water daily, a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, and even a stylish beach bag with towels that were replaced daily. The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing dip any time of day. And the breakfast? Fabulous. A generous and delicious spread that kept us looking forward to mornings. But what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person greeted us with a smile, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making us feel pampered and cared for. We didn't just feel like guests — we felt like cherished guests. Honestly, a 10 doesn't even begin to describe the level of hospitality and attention to detail we experienced here. It’s rare to feel this spoiled on vacation. We are already dreaming about coming back!

I knew in the first five minutes that I'll leave a 10/10 rating, but as we spent more days at Nikon, I just wished I could give more! The girls at the reception were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with 2 glasses of prosecco when we arrived (not to mention that they upgraded our room!), then received a gift full of Greek products when we left. They also helped us rent a quad and arranged a taxi to the airport, both of which we were very satisfied with. The cleaning ladies were also super nice and did an amazing job every day. The hotel was always clean and is well-equipped. We loved the pool and the bar next to it - there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from, just like at breakfast. Although it's located close to a busy street full of restaurants, bars and shops, the street was always clean and there was no noise at all.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport, located in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. If you book a day tour, the tour group will pick you up at the hotel entrance. The rooms are very clean and have balconies. The swimming pool water is also clean. The breakfast is plentiful.

Romania- there is nothing negative about this hotel
- all hotel employees are very kind, welcoming and always at the disposal of the customers. I received a lot of useful information about the island and the activities that can be done there. They arranged a private boat tour for us (thank you, Maria!) - the rooms are very clean. Cleaning is done daily - the hotel's location is perfect: very close to the airport (5 minutes by car); very close to Laganas and a starting point to all the attractions of the island - the hotel has free parking next to the hotel - I received a free room upgrade, with a view of the hills. Also, in the room I received from the hotel a beach bag with beach towels, a bottle of wine, a traditional dessert, daily bottles of water and at check out I received a gift set with spices, olives and olive oil. It is a very nice gesture from them, and this shows how much attention they pay to their customers - varied breakfast, especially sweets, jams, yogurt - very nice pool area A special thank you for Marelee!
