amazing value for the price, they pick you up and back to your ferry for free, and the location is perfect, right in front of the sea where they are lounge beds and cafe tables next to a spot you can swim at, it’s so peaceful in the evenings and mornings at breakfast time, I strongly recommend it and would go back any time

JerseySlightly tired common areas - reception and breakfast buffet area in particular. Breakfast offering quite basic. The sun beds outside require a minimum bar/cafe spend so not only available to residents of the hotel and very expensive so hotel pics a bit misleading in my view. Bedroom doors not very soundproof so walking along corridor can hear what’s going on in room eg snoring, showering etc.
Location - spot on. Breakfast views and location - Instagram worthy. Views from the front facing rooms - beautiful. Decor in modernised bedrooms - lovely. Courtesy minivan to and from port - added bonus.

Everything at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are beautifully renovated to a high standard. The breakfast was wonderful and you would be difficult to please if you complained about it. All the staff we met were friendly, respectful and professional. Location is perfect. Special shout out and huge heart felt thank you to Nikos who located my husband's phone that was left behind. He organised for the phone to be delivered to us by ferry from Simi to Kos, such a kind and caring gentleman who is an asset to Nireus Hotel. You do not come across people like Nikos very often...he is a legend!! The lady who checked us in is also very friendly and professional. We appreciate being able to stay in such lovely accommodation.

The location, the staff, the views, the breakfast and the food in general, as well as, the cleanliness, were all exceptional!!!! Receptionist Nikos went the extra mile to make our experience even more memorable!!!!! United KingdomOnly issue was the room air con which didn't feel strong enough for the room. Also when you leave the room for the day you take your key card with you which switches off the air con. When you return the temperature in the room is over 30 degrees. Lying in bed with that temperature and the air con trying it's best to cool the room means an hour or so of lying in a pool of sweat whilst the air con tries to lower the temperature.
Fantastic location in the heart of the town. Great breakfast on the terrace in the morning and lovely to have a drink at the edge of the water in the evening. All the staff are friendly and a credit to the company.
