Rooms feel small, the light switches on the wall are difficult to manage they glow at night even when you turn everything off so you have to call concierge to have them manually turn every light completely off

Good location close to plaka and tourist sites, beautiful view of the acropolis, included breakfast was wonderful however I really think they need a better coffee machine doesn’t match the calibre of food, pool is wonderful staff are incredible

The fact that we were charged extra eur 3 for a pot of mayonnaise and eur 3 for a pot of ketchup when having a poolside snack - left a sour taste in our mouths. Strict time slots for use of swimming pool

I recently stayed at the NYX Esperia Palace Hotel in Athens during a combined work and leisure trip, and my experience was truly beyond all expectations. The hotel’s location is exceptional - just a short walk from the vibrant Plaka neighborhood and the Acropolis, with many outstanding restaurants and cafés nearby. This made it perfect both for exploring the city and for enjoying authentic local dining experiences. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. I especially enjoyed the wellness area, which included relaxing saunas, a jacuzzi, and a rooftop pool with a wonderful view. There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

My family and I stayed at the NYX Esperia Palace Hotel in Athens and we loved every minute of it!! The property is modern, stylish and very clean. The rooms are also very clean, well laid out and beautifully decorated with everything on hand that you could possibly wish for. Service from all staff is impeccable, friendly, helpful and attentive. Sights, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Acropolis and a large breakfast buffet with lots of choices plus you can get ready to make orders. Outdoor pool on the 10th floor is super relaxing with great food and drinks. The hotel and staff made us feel pampered and added to our vacation joy: thanks so much!

Booking sun beds!😬😬. There has to be a better system than you have at the moment. We arrived hoping to relax by the pool only to be told we had to book a sun bed but that they were all booked out all day. We were able to sit in a chair only to look at the ‘booked’ out sun beds that just sat empty all day! Out of about 20 beds at least 6 were empty all day - both days- absolute joke and very frustrating - we weren’t alone in being annoyed by this especially when the pool was the main reason we booked. The pool is quite small and shallow but was ok but very limited space around it - just a very disappointing feature when we thought that was going to be the main feature of the stay. Also the pool bar/restaurant have a minimum spend - in my opinion that is a bit rude if you are staying at the hotel. I think it was 50 Euros per person if you were eating there and 25 Euros if you are just having a drink - which would be easy to spend but seems unnecessary to impose on hotel guests.

The staff were very friendly and it’s a nice modern hotel. Rooms were well equipped and clean with a lovely modern bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices - plenty of Greek dishes available which was nice. Definitely targeted as a trendy hotel with a young vibe so would appeal to this clientele in particular. Location was close to hop on hop off bus stops and a few minutes walk to local cafes and restaurants.

My only complaint was that the staff at the rooftop bar were quite young and inexperienced. We had reserved flatbeds, which they forgot to write down and even though they had made that error they would not allow us to sit on the pool beds that were completely vacant the whole time. Despite this mishap we would stay there again and again!

Perfect location. Close to major tourist destinations but also very quiet. Rooms were luxurious, clean and had all the latest technology. Staff at the front desk were super helpful too. They allowed us to store our luggage for 6 days while we visited Naxos Island and they arranged for transportation to pick up our luggage first, then us when we arrived at the port after the trip, to save us time so we could make a very close connection from the airport. It all went super smoothly! Oh and rooftop restaurant and pool/bar were stunning. The view was top notch.
