The hosts were really nice and accommodating. They responded quick to any enquiries and allowed us late check out for a low fee as our flight was later in the evening. The property was clean and is close to Fira centre. Great stay.

The blanket on the double bed next to the bathroom could have been bigger. It was more suitable for one person than two. There was mildew in the bathroom (which would have probably not been an issue if the fan in the bathroom worked). There was a dehumidifier which we ran constantly. Some of the kitchen items needed to be replaced as they didn't work and/or rusty. The bar for hanging jackets and such looked like it would fall down any day as the screw was barely hangin on.

We booked this cozy suite with the jacuzzi for our very short 1.5 day stay in Santorini. The host was very helpful. We had some issues with some of the appliances and jacuzzi and they tried to get the issues resolved that day since we were not there for very long. Unfortunately, it was not possible. The host helped us get checked in and offered suggestions for our stay and was very attentive through the booking app. The jacuzzi was the highlight of the place. It was nice and hot. The view of the city (and sea in the distance) was very nice. The view is more eastern, than west (the famous view). The distance to the inner city of Fira and shops/restaurants/bus station was all a short 10 minute walk.

The calm of the neighbourhood. The simple but elegant decoration of the room. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a real highlight. The shower was great. The numerous plugs.

Not anyone’s fault, but due to the cavelike status of the location, there were some rolly Polly bugs that got in from time to time.

I thought we would have a view of the city of Fira, the view faces the opposite direction. But it was still a good view of the homes and ocean.

The only downside was the fact that the two bedrooms did not have a door separating them, thus we were all essentially in one large room. This was not an issue for us for the time we were staying there.

We chose this property at the very last minute, having stayed at a hotel further out of town, which we decided we weren't happy about. The Old Town Suite was close to the centre of town, was clean and tidy, and had everything our family of five needed for the remaining two nights of our stay in Santorini. We all slept well, and whilst there were not doors separating the two bedrooms, there was quite enough room given we spent a lot of the day sightseeing and in town.

The so called suite was in a very bad shape. It was full of mould/black fungus and damp everywhere with a strong smell of fungus and completely unhygienic and not fit to live in. The carpets, couch bed and pillows were extremely dirty. We arrived at 11 pm. The room is not in the main road. There are no proper sign and I had to contact the property host via chat in booking.com app. Upon entering immediately my wife had breathing issues due to allergy trigger and we had to open the doors and windows for some fresh air circulation. We contacted the host via chat to change the room after mentioning all problems. But he expressed inability and offered us refund the booking amount if we checked out at that time. That offer was meaningless as at 12 pm midnight a chance of finding an alternate accommodation was impossible. Overall we had a nightmare experience and our complete Santorini trip was spoiled because of this very bad hotel. All through this there was no personal or by phone contact with this host and the only thing he offered us was sorry. It is geared to give you the worst experience of your life.

The location was within 10 to 15 minutes of Fira town including the bus station. That is the only positive about our stay here.
