Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceThe best choice for people that want to have a relaxing stay-in vacation! Great accommodation, very comfortable room that offers privacy while not being excluded from the rest of the hotel. Also, suitable for families with kids.

GreeceThe fact that I even had to pay for the water or espresso coffee, although I had paid half board. When in most hotels you can even have your own nespresso machine in the room, I cannot accept that I have to pay for my coffee and water during breakfast
Big room but old style

GreeceIn the bathroom the space where you actually having a shower is very tidy between the tab and the legs, making it so awkward to move( me and my daughter came back with the bruised hips..). In the playroom there are many things not working. In the spa area the steam room very poorly working too. The food is very low quality unfortunately: frozen fried potatoes( nevertheless I waited for 30min to be served for that! ); from the day 1 to the day 6 I could see the same cold cuts i.e. of the salmon, getting dried on the sides, sour cut bananas or veggies.. Although a lots of things around but not high standard quality.. Enjoyed a lot the sweets and the cakes though.
Big, comfortable rooms. Very clean as well. The area around was pleasant, with pool, spa and kids entertainment. The beach close enough by walking, although there is a hotel bus for transporting people back and forward, which makes so much easier, especially for family with kids.

UkraineVery bad road to the beach. On the sides of the road overgrown with an unpleasant smell. We saw a snake. Use the shuttle-walk don't walk and don't let the kids in. Very boring for teenagers. It has no water activities and agreements with other hotels or services. There is a gym - but it is in the basement and there is nothing to breathe there, we went once and abandoned this idea. Trained in the room. In order to make it interesting to travel here, you need to intensively refine the infrastructure, work on the price, or remove a star to make it fair.
The hotel is not bad, but it's not 5 stars. I liked the staff (trying hard) and the idea of rooms with a pool. Internet is not bad for such a remote place. The food is average. Like 4 star hotels. The hotel is clean. Nice beach nearby.

IrelandThe food was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. The dining area felt a little dated and would really benefit from some renovation. Staff were generally friendly, but with some of the younger waiters, I think a bit of extra training would go a long way — a smile and a pleasant attitude make all the difference. The coffee was okay-ish, but at €4.50 it felt overpriced — same goes for the cocktails. It’s no wonder hardly anyone ordered. These are “town cafes and fancy bars” prices, not prices for this kind of hotel that seems to accommodate only its guests. It almost gives the impression that they cannot be bothered making drinks, which is a shame, as more reasonable pricing would not only make people order lot more but also make the stay more enjoyable and affordable for guests.
Super kids-friendly! Loved the layout with private-style pools right outside our room! Spacious and comfy rooms. Fantastic location, gorgeous beach, and a handy on-site Mini Market with everything we needed (from ice to cleaning supplies). Perfect for a relaxing family getaway!
