There was no mosquito nets on the balcony doors and there are a lot of mosquitos. Also no ventilation in the bathrooms which are joined with the room.

The staff was great and very friendly, good variety of food, rooms were cleaned regularly.

So many guests from N. Macedonia, but no Macedonian flag, even though it had all the flags of all the countries of the visitors: Serbian, Bulgarian, Polish, Slovakian, Romanian... That's a general disrespect, even though the personal was very polite.

Good value for money, has everything you need for a vacation. Even a pleasentry bottle of wine in the bungalow - that's very nice.

The interner coverage and quality wasnt that good, we always had issues with the wifi. Food wasnt tasting that good and every day same food was served (buffet style). No nightlife or something to do at night. Very little arcade corner (wasnt free).

It had safe parking, beach was good, pool was good, the hotel inside and out was good. Family friendly place. Staff was very friendly.

There were no fresh juices available, and nothing in cans to order as an extra option. The bars had limited working hours (one from 9–17 and another from 10–18), and although one stayed open until late, it only served cocktails. The beer was from the machine (good though), but the juices for kids were very low quality. Also, the food selection wasn’t very kid-friendly, which made it a bit difficult for families. The fence on the terrace wasn’t safe, which could be a concern for guests with children.

The pools were fantastic, very clean and enjoyable. I also appreciated the beer and coffee – both were good quality and a nice touch during the stay. The staff were nice and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the food was okay - overall.

When we arrived, despite the fact that we were checked in at 15.30 instead of 14.00 they didn't tell us that they changed our rooms. We have paid for triple room with sea view and they placed us in a bungalow. Long story short, they placed us on the correct room and they fixed the airconditioning issue at the same afternoon thus everyone was happy after all. Coffee is really bad in all bars and in the restaurant.

Great buffet, great pools, had a great time. Stuff tried to do everything to make us happy.

Wi-fi needs a solution it was terrible, visitors with pets made us feel so uncomfortable because pets were very disturbing barking almost all the time, and alot of mosquitoes.

Nothing much, all looks great.

We were here last year, almost the same experience we had, but this time as we were in August it was much more crowded, but not a problem for the hotel because they had enough of everything for everyone. They even upgraded us with the room, thanks Olympus! They have a kids club working from 11-19h so you can leave the kids and go enjoy, or spend some time with them there.

AC doesn’t cool a room properly, also temperature in the restaurant was too high. Also, restaurant organisation was not a top level, usually waiting for several minutes for some products (i.e. french fries or watermelon).

When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was very quick and efficient. We went to our room, which was spacious enough and had the sea view I had booked. However, we immediately noticed that the door handle was loose and the safe in the wardrobe was not secured. My husband needed internet access for work purposes, but unfortunately, the internet was not functioning. I went to the reception, and we ended up spending the whole day in the room waiting for maintenance to fix the issues. The internet problem, however, could not be resolved. After some inconvenience, we still decided to stay, and the next day we had the chance to speak with the hotel manager, a very kind gentleman. He explained the issues with the internet, and we decided to remain at the hotel, simply using our own provider’s data and covering the cost ourselves. The hotel director was so kind as to extend our stay by one extra day and also allowed us a late check-out until 2 p.m., for which I am very grateful. The operations manager was also extremely helpful and arranged for fresh water to be delivered to our room every day. Since my birthday fell just before our departure, I was pleasantly surprised to find champagne and fruit waiting for me in the room — a gesture I truly appreciated. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. While the property may not fully meet all the standards expected of a four-star hotel, it makes up for it with exceptionally friendly and attentive management and staff. The food was good, the pools were clean, and the sea was crystal clear. I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their efforts in making guests feel welcome and cared for.

Hotel needs some improvement in terms of maintenance (balconies look quite bad, no mosquito nets, water in the bathroom tend to be leaking), but all in all, we were satisfied with our stay.

Staff is great, helpful, and very pleasant. Tennis courts are great, with the coach giving all the help we needed. Beach is big with nice sum beds and big umbrellas, always enough room for everyone. There is also a beach volleyball court we used with friendly Greek locals.

The ACs in the restaurant cannot cool down the entire restaurant (there are like 2), and if there is no breeze from the outside, prepare for a warmer atmosphere.

I was so worried when I saw the awful reviews on Google and chose to check the ones on Booking, and let me say, don't read the Google ones, they're very false and ill-hearted, probably from the guys who rent other properties. Everything is close and clean (rooms, hotel hallway, restaurant, beach, pools), you can easily go from one side of the resort to another as there are loads of pathways. The beach has enough sunbeds for everyone, and the sunbeds at the pools are maybe the busiest, but you can always take a chair or a sunbed from the grass; we only went once because it was cold, and we found the sunbeds right away. The food is great, for breakfast they usually have the same stuff, but there is a plethora of options to choose from, a must try is their home-made cocoa spread; there is usually a huge waiting line for mini pancakes, I tried them once when there was no line,, but I was not a fan. For lunch and dinner there is a bigger variety, with a few things that are there regularly (french fries, potatoes, rice, some salads), for dinner they have wonderful mini cakes and sweets, they are AMAZING. The rooms are prosperous enough, they put the third bed for our two year old, but we slept on the two beds that were originally there, and used the third one for nappies, towels, etc. The room service was daily, they cleaned up the bathroom, the room, and the terrace, they give you clean towels when they have enough, and the bedsheets were definitely changed daily since our child very often brought sand on the beds... What I really like is that they would thoroughly clean up the rooms after the check-out, air them out, and not occupy them until tomorrow afternoon. Also, I didn't see any sign of mold in our bungalow, but I don't know what the situation is for the rest of the rooms. All inclusive is also great, we travelled with a toddler so we couldn't really get the best of it, but it was enough.

We had a lovely stay at Olympian Bay Grand Resort in July 2025. The staff was welcoming and always smiling — a special thank you to Rania at the reception for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness. We were upgraded to a sea-view room in the main building, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The food was tasty, the grounds well maintained, and the location perfect for families with small children. Highly recommended — we look forward to coming back next year!

If there were more activities it would have been better. There were a lot of mosquitoes, flies, bees, and other insects so if there was better disinfection would have been helpful, especially for the rooms because there were a lot of mosquitoes during the night even though all doors were closed all the time.

The location is fantastic, peaceful and perfectly placed for relaxing by the sea. The beach is absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters that made swimming a real pleasure. I liked the fact that the swimming pool was clean and areas with trees added a nice feeling to our stay. The food was good and we really liked the ice-cream. A big bonus were the cats.

Food was not so good,but you can find something to eat.Drinks very,very cheap option and not good including coffee.Eventually drinkable was frape.All available drinks in all inclusive,were extremely poor,local,cheap and not good.Fish restaurant was not working at all.Jacuzzi also,There is a huge need of personel who will be engaged in keeping the resort in good shape,as the complete place is very good(location,enviroment........)

Rooms are compact, but overall a good level of decor. On site entertainment was lacking, advertised as all inclusive with kids club, this isn’t really the case,, there is a room with some toys and one member of staff who provides some paint or crayons. Families looking for a hotel m/resort with lots of things going on for kids should look elsewhere, but for adults it is a great place, great gardens and excellent staff.

Food selection was pretty good overall, however queues could become lengthy and desserts disappeared quickly. Pools were excellent, although baby/toddler pool was significantly colder than other two pools. Pool opening hours could be longer but aligned to lifeguard hours so understandable.
