Just location

When we book this property online it was showing lovely but when we stayed it was terrible . The rooms have high humidity and bad smell although they had humidifiers but they didnot maintain well .Rooms have just one window and we won’t open the window since we were in first floor .So we could not leave the window open Windows does not have curtain so it is visible from outside specially at night .Bathrooms does not have at least one table to keep your necessary staff.kitchen does not have necessary pots …for making a simple coffee or breakfast . We got sick very bad during our stay in this apartment .we were not happy at all .we asked for our refund.Although they promised to return our money to us ,it is almost a month and we are still waiting . Also the direction to apartment was really hard for us to find it .Patently they gave us wrong direction . The management is terrible .Lots of spiders . Won’t recommend this property .

Our host Christina was always helpful, warm and friendly in all communications. Her instructions where clear and very helpful. The cleaning lady was also lovely and helpful. The location was excellent and quiet. The accommodation was excellent, clean and tidy and delightfully quaint.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, unique in layout, small yard as well. Staff helping you in every way.

As in general, the houses in Greece are not that soundproof and also here you can hear living sounds around you. That did not bother me, but take earplugs if you are sensible for noises.

Xristina was so helpful and accommodating. Our Santorini experience was really enhanced by our stay there and her wonderful help.

Lovely place to stay in good location. Especially helpful host, Christina - assisted with transfers from the port and available to answer all of our questions.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly . They also were swift in responding to messages and requests.

The property was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed! Xristina, the host was absolutely AMAZING. she was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We asked her if there was an ironing board in the property and she went out and purchased one! Would recommend this property 110% the sunrise sitting in the private pool was spectacular. Thank you!!

Interacting with the manager. I’ve never received such support and attention at anytime in the past. Stella, who was on site, was also great.

We had a great experience with no negative comments to make.

A lovely apartment with everything that we needed. The courtyard was beautiful and me and my group would be sat out there for every meal and in the evenings. It was lovely. Christina was so helpful and kind, giving us great recommendations and organising airport taxi services for us. We absolutely loved it there and it was so close to the centre and everything that we needed. Couldn’t have been better!

It was the most amazing location and property. Highly recommend to anyone staying we love it!! The staff were super lovely and helpful throughout the whole stay.

maybe lacking a bit of basic cooking product (oil, salt and pepper etc) and a distinct shampoo product but otherwise it is very nice

Christina is an exceptional person - she provided clear instructions from day 1, she provided clear directions and instruction on reaching the place and gaining the key to the accommodation. She also advised us on various activities to do, and also help getting us transport to get to places, going on the extra mile to check on us and ensuring we were happy and safe travelling around. The place was spacious, beautiful, clean and located in a tremendous location. You can walk to attractions, shops and restaurants easily - the city centre and bus are only 5 minutes walk away! Christian's kindness, service and place made our trip an unforgettable and pleasant trip! :)

The staff were helpful and accommodating, Christina gave us fantastic local cafe and restaurant suggestions. The location was super convenient, close to stores, car/vehicle rental places and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, it was very nice to come back to at the end of the day (or in the middle). Would recommend to stay here!

Minor detail that you have to hold the shower head to use it.

The property was spacious and very clean. The host was lovely and very helpful.
