Everything was amazing

This is honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. The service made it extra amazing. Having breakfast delivered to your room, help with your luggage, assistance any time you wanted it! Such a comfortable room with amazing views, beautiful for sunbaking, relaxing, a cocktail or two and a cool off in the pool. Close to local bus stops. Great transfer service from port!

the pool was a joke, but it's understandable considering the rocks where the hotel sits on. wines & food diversity. breakfast was okish, but very limited in options.

Great views, friendly staff, beautiful place to stay for a few days in Santorini. Some rooms had beautiful terraces and if you wanted, you could have breakfast there, instead of the restaurant area. Thumbs up to reception staff, and also to the young gentlemen by the bar. They did a good job making us feel welcomed and to enjoy our time there!

The hotel was more than we expected. The location was exceptional, very close to food, amenities and the most amazing view, we got an upgrade to our room 🥰 the best surprise ever, breakfast to our room was a great detail too. The staff was great ! Always helpful sending us reminders and offering the best vibes, we are more than happy with our stay. We want to go back asap.

Can’t really see the 4-stars or ‘Small Luxury Hotels’ association- as it was ok. Nothing exceptional. Pool (rim) needs a clean. Staff are a little inexperienced. Early morning cleaners are noisy. No refresh prep for the pool - towels etc. Broken pool deck glass hasn’t been replaced in a year. Rooms are a little damp.

We got a beautiful clean suite, with an amazing panoramic view. The staff was really frienly and really helpfull, mainly the receptionist guy who gives us every information we needed( he recommend beach, bars, gave us bus itinerary, etc, so 5 star for him). The breakfast was really tasty and was outstanding on the balcony. The location was perfect, close to everything. We would go back again, thanks for this amazing vacation.:-) Z+A

Nothing not to like, but the recent earthquakes meant that the hotel was quiet and some services limited. Not their fault, very challenging times.

Mostly everything. The amazing views over the caldera were the reason for our return to this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our room (no 21) was fabulous too.

Fantastic hotel with spectacular views from its rooms. We had an amazing breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning; the staff went above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and helping us with bookings and restaurants. Couldn't want for more - would highly recommend On the Rocks with its fantastic team to anyone!

Lack of privacy. No "Do not disturb" sign available. No master switch for the lights. No towel racks or hooks inside / next to shower. Limited power outlets in the room. Will occasionally need to wait 15 min for hot water.

Our stay at On The Rocks in Imerovigli was pure magic! The room was a luxurious sanctuary with breathtaking caldera views from our private balcony and hottub. The staff were amazing, especially Maria, whose warmth and helpfulness made our stay incredibly special. She helped with booking restaurants, transfers and bars during our stay. And the breakfast was a delicious start to each day, enjoyed with those magnificent caldera views. On The Rocks perfectly combines stunning views, top-notch service, and elegant comfort for an unforgettable Santorini escape.

Where we loved our room due to the magnificent view, we think that the reception should agree with the customer in advance the assignment of such room (if I remember well it was room 15): the reason is that the bed lies on a rock, with three (high) steps to get to the bed. Also, there is another high step to go to the bathroom. When we entered the room we were a bit surprised and worried about the convenience of such room (we arrived late in the evening so there was no chance to change to another room). The next days the staff was very helpful and proposed alternatives, but in the end we decided to stay in our room because the view was spectacular and the terrace was generously sized and private.

The hotel has a perfect location in Imerovigli, directly on the path between Fira and Oia. The view is spectacular and the staff, particularly the reception staff, was kind and helpful in providing information and advice. Rooms are all different in size and orientation due to the location of the hotel, which is literally on the rocks. We loved the view from our room and the terrace, and from basically any part of the hotel. The room was comfortable despite the fact that it was "special" as literally being built on the rocks.
