One of the ideas that our hotel stands for is the fact that we try to offer genuine hospitality and high-level services. To this extent, we respect all of our visitors' comments and always use them as positive feedback to improve ourselves. During the time you were staying with us, there was no electricity in the whole village of Imerovigli on June 7th from 08:00 to 10:00 in the morning because the electricity company had to perform services on some lines. For this reason, there was no light and water (no electricity) in your room. Please note that due to the issue of space in the caldera (cliff side), only a few hotels have a generator. Generally in Santorini, only a few businesses have it. Unfortunately, you turned on the rain shower in your bathroom and did not turn it off when you left the room before 10:00 am that morning. The rain shower was on full blast (hot water) and started running when the power came back on for about 2 hours until the housekeeper came into the room for room service. The bathroom and bedroom were flooded and the room steamed from the hot water. Our cleaning service did their best to clean and dry the room and facilities. The Whitedeck Management
