Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Might be my own peculiarity, but there's room for improvement as far as the cleanliness of the bathroom is concerned.
Breakfast is taken in the room and everything needed was already in the room's fully equipped kitchen and refilled every day. The location is great, in a small quite village (with no other habitants actually, at least we didn't meet anyone) and near Levidi, where you can find groceries, have coffee/drink/food. The property's staff is very polite, friendly and very willing to meet rational requests. Pets are also very welcome. Would certainly visit again at first opportunity.

Breakfast included meaning you get the products every day and make it yourself in the following morning. The products we've got were very basic and we have to buy extra food every day. Our room shower was basically a shower hose drained to a hole in the floor. There was no curtain or water barrier of any kind, like it was adapted for people with disabilities sometime in it's past. As a result, with every shower we've had to deal with a frustrating flud all over the bathroom floor.
The total look of the building is absolutely amazing! Super clean, and very well maintained. It's location between green mountains, is stunning. The staff were amazing. Very kind and welcoming. The suites were spacious (we've had 2 of them. One for the kids and one for the parents), clean, comfort, and all had a privet balcony. The village was super small and silent. No problem with parking the car.

Suitability for families is not ideal as there are quite a lot of stairs to get to the rooms as well as inside the property. No protections for babies or toddlers around the staircase or around the beds. The breakfast provided is nice but guests have to cook it themselves. Bedrooms a bit smaller than anticipated.
Excellent location amidst a forest, very quiet. Very clean property, decorated in style with fantastically polite management.

Very bad Wi-Fi. Also, Booking.com claimed "Breakfast Included". I was indeed in terms of products (bread, butter, cheese, ham, milk, eggs, cake) delivered to the room on a daily basis, but we had to prepare it ourselves in the kitchen. Not realy what I would expect on my break!

The only thing I regret is that our program was so stuffed and busy that we could only spend a little time at the villa and couldn't use the sauna either, because we didn't have the time.
The villa is situated at the foothill of a mountain, and it is surrounded by mountains, which makes for a wonderful view and the sunrise is marvelous. The villa looks like a small castle, really gives you good vibes. The staff is very kind, helpful and could adjust to our needs if we had any instantly. There are a lot of local wineries near the villa, but even if you go on trips in the peloponesse region to visit farther places, I think it worth the few hours drives back and forth from your destination. The breakfast and everything else we used got refilled by the time we got back to the villa every day. We were staying there with 6 persons and it was still spacious and everyone felt comfortable, so don't hesitate to book this place if you're travelling with more than 2-3 persons. It was one of the best accomodations I've ever been in and it was well worth it regarding the value for money, I highly recommend it with our group.

I wish there was a shower door, not just spray everywhere in the bathroom. Otherwise perfect
The place, the rooms, the setting, so peaceful andand so beautiful. The staff was friendly. The local restaurants delicious. The manager lady was a wonderful Bulgarian woman, such a beautiful nice person.

There was a lot of cat hair on the rugs - needed a good vacuum!
The Suite was spacious and comfortable. It was raining when we arrived and it was a pleasant space to hang out in through the rain. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Have to go downstairs to use the toilet.
Close to town and really nice place. The host was very nice. They provide eggs and fresh bread to make your own breakfast in your kitchen.

Staying only one night!
Attractively designed and superbly built suites in local stone. Elegantly furnished. Terrace with lovely views. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great to have an upstairs gallery for the bed. Excellent and very helpful staff. They organised a home delivery dinner as the nearby taverna was closed, and arranged a taxi at a well negotiated price. Faultless.
