We had such a great stay. Evangelos was very kind. He met us in a central location to show us where exactly were the studios and helped with our bags. The room was very specious, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, right next to the blue domes. Evangelos had great suggestions about places to eat and see and on our last night with had a lovely time with him and our fellow guests staying in the other studio. Don't hesitate to stay in Ostria Caldera Studio. You won't regret it.

Everything! The host Evangelos was superb! He met us in the taxi drop off and brought us there when we were leaving - hosting is 10/10. He also answered our questions promptly, he is kind and thoughtful. The community there loves Evangelos too. The place has a comfortable bed, spacious room, clean and modern bathroom, free wine and water bottle, espresso capsules, and picturesque view in your balcony. Everything is walkable! You have restos beside this place for breakfast, lunch, drinks, and dinner. Blue dome is just infront of you. Sunrise view is so beautiful. Worth your money plus no stairs to this place and drop off is just 2 min by walking.

You cannot go wrong with the location of this property. In the heart of Oia overlooking the famous blue domes and seconds away from the shops, cafes, galleries and boutiques. The outdoor view is truly breathtaking making it one of the best stays in the area!

This property was a little slice of paradise! It is located in the perfect spot close to shopping, food and a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. Evangelos is the perfect host! He is a wealth of knowledge about the area. He is the most hospitable host and deeply cares for his visitors! He checks on you daily and will do whatever is needed to make your stay wonderful. If you are traveling to Santorini I highly recommend Ostria Caldera Studios!

Arriving in Santorini, we anticipated breathtaking sunsets and stunning vistas, and we were not disappointed. However, what took us by surprise was discovering a new friend in Evangelis, our gracious host, who elevated our experience to unforgettable heights. Beyond its picturesque landscapes, Santorini holds the warmth and hospitality of its inhabitants, a discovery Evangelis led us to cherish. His guidance acquainted us with the true treasure of the island – the people who built this beautiful place and call it home. We are immensely grateful to him for showing us that Santorini is so much more than just a place to take incredible pictures. We eagerly anticipate returning to this enchanting island and our new friends.

We loved everything

We loved everything! The location and the view are perfect; the best among the other properties around. The room was spacious and neat. Evangelos is an amazing host! He really made us feel welcomed and the breakfast was exactly what we wanted. Definitely, we’ll be come back with my in-laws!

We had the most wonderful stay at Ostria Caldera Studios. Evangelos was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. The accomodation itself was immaculate with one of the best views in Santorini and the most stunning sunrise over the iconic blue domes and caldera. The location is perfect in the heart of Oia, just off the main street but is a peaceful oasis away from all the hustle and bustle. We could not recommend this accomodation more. Thank you Evangelos for the best stay.

Amazing host, very approachable and attentive to our needs. Incredible location, exactly like the pictures and easy to get to. There was wine chilled in the fridge on arrival for us to watch the sunset, and we were even able to get dinner delivered right to our balcony from a restaurant of our choice. What a memorable stay!

Less crowds

Location was amazing, views superb. So close to shops and restaurants. We stayed at Ostria Caldara for 3 nights the beginning of October it was still very busy with cruise boat tourists but not as busy as high season. Our host Evangelos was fantastic one of the best hosts we have ever had and we have done a lot of travelling. He gave us so much information even recommending what time and where to catch the bus and which way to do the Fira to Oia walk. He also recommended visiting Thirasia which was a great way to escape crowded Oia. We also swam and had lunch on Thirasia very low key there but a more authentic Greek Island We walked to Amoudi Bay where we caught the ferry across to Thirasia for the afternoon. 1euro per person each way. Easy walk down but a bit harder going back up Our room had everything we needed. We ate out in the evenings and had breakfast bought to our balcony one morning which was OK but cheaper than eating breakfast at a cafe and lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. When arriving and leaving Ostria Caldara transport drops and picks up near the apartment as cars are not allowed in the streets, but there are very few steps to negotiate with suitcases and its not far at all. I couldn't speak more highly of Evangelos he really made our stay so enjoyable

Well there were ants in the bed but the manager quickly responded and got everything cleaned. It seems that the heat created it. Power in the entire area goes at times but its not the property fault

Well located. Not too much walk or steps. You can see the blue dooms right below the terrace. The manager is excellent and arranges everything that you need or need to find out.
