The view, the location and the brekafast was nice. However the dinner was just waste of time.

    The dinner.

On the positive side, the staff were very kind and hospitable. The location of the hotel is beautiful, but it is far from the beach.

The hotel is old and clearly needs renovation. Unfortunately, one of the children’s beds was uncomfortable and kept creaking. The bed linen and towels were not changed for four days, although after our request a very kind housekeeper replaced them. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the trash bin was broken. Breakfast was the same every day, but the dinner was excellent – compliments to the chef.

Staff at the Palladium were really attentive and friendly. Gorgeous warm and very large pool. Large bedroom for a family of 5. Wonderful view from the balcony.

The food was great. The location is a bit far from the beach and difficult terrain and access to the beach. But it's worth it :) The beaches there are beautiful

There were some guests who were too noisy, 3-4 families together, who were making noise until 1-2 am and no one warned them.

There is no any lift, and the room was on the second floor. I have already informed them that I ll be with my newborn baby ( 7 months old ) it was really difficult for us to carry on the baby carriage and the other luggage.. when I asked the receptionist that I needed some help, at least someone helped me to carry the baby carriage . She was replying to me that they didn't do this kind of service..

    Property response:

Dear Mrs.Myrofora, Thank you for shairing time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you faced difficulties during your stay. However, we would like to kindly clarify that our property does not advertise room service or porter assistance nor we do have an elevator and this information is clearly mentioned in our facilities section. Everything!

The jacuzzi area of the pool was not very clean. Breakfast did not include fresh juices and dinner did not include any drinks, not even water.

We stayed at this hotel with our two-year-old child and overall, we had a wonderful experience. A big thank you to the chef — the food was delicious and varied every day. We didn’t even feel the need to visit the neighboring restaurant because the hotel’s meals were so satisfying. Everything was excellent. Yes, there wasn’t a lot of fish available at the buffet, but fish dishes could always be ordered à la carte, so it wasn’t a big issue. The beach is about 800 meters downhill, which means getting back requires a bit of a climb — not the most convenient with a stroller. However, the beach itself is clean, the sea is shallow and clear, and the view is absolutely stunning. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a nice pool and a good bar.

The one big downside for us was the children's area. The hotel advertises itself as family-friendly, but the kids’ zone is quite poor. There are no toys, and it’s very boring for small children. Inside the kids’ house, there are only a couple of broken play kitchens with no accessories. We really hope the hotel will improve this aspect in the future.

This hotel was the worst choice ever. Let’s start with room and room service. From the very beginning, we noticed there were no glasses or even a basic bottle of water provided in the room. The room itself was not clean- there were no flip-flops, and there was a lot of cobwebs. We spent the entire stay sharing the room with a spider ( see attached photo). Moreover, when they mowed the lawn, they didn’t take into consideration that we had clothes hanging on the balcony. All the debris and grass ended up on our balcony and our clothes. Since the balcony door didn’t have a mosquito net, we also had a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the room. Next, the food. There was no variety, the food looked unappetizing and didn’t taste good. Even water had to be paid for, and no drinks were included with dinner- you basically had to pay for everything. For 28€ (2 pers.), we had the poorest-quality dinner. We gave up on eating there for the last two days. The dining area was also not clean, and there were a lot of wasps around. The beach. They said the beach is not far - and that’s true, it’s about a 7-minute walk. However, the road to the beach is very challenging. There are no proper steps, it feels like walking through a jungle. It’s easy to slip, and it’s dangerous for adults, especially for kids. The beach itself is wild and poorly maintained. There’s more to say, but honestly, it’s too much.
