The apartment was very small for 3 adults and 1 kid, there was constructions of both sides of the building, it was loud from early morning until the afternoon. There is a pool, but no umbrellas, chairs or sunbeds, which makes it uncomfortable to use the pool with no place to leave your belongings.

There are ants in the kitchen which is quite annoying. The pool could be better, we counted on it but it’s quality made us unwilling to try :)

Pool is not for swiming(too much chemicals inside). Washing machine was not running properly. Bathroom is to small. Very noisy around.

The cistern of the toilet bowl runs continuously. There were no sunbeds around the pool. The bathroom drain was blocked on arrival and although I cleared it it still blocked easily

The noise from outside and from other rooms was awfull, the ap.is not isolated. We have very noisy neighbours and we call the helpdesk and somebody came into the complex to solve the problem but it was impossible as we heard everything if somebody laughed or spoke louder in the night, the tv or when use the wc. The location is not very nice, actually the beach and the Ofrinion is not very nice also , under construction, and only few restaurants and terrace. Old people's villages look for me. The staff did not accept any minutes late for check out when I asked.

The apartment is nice, clean and very well equiped . The pool was great for us. Cleaning is done only after 3 days . AC in every room . Helpdesk open 24/7 for support.

The bathroom is a bit small and there is construction work next to the complex starting early in the morning so it is a bit noisy.

Internet speed was really slow, a lot of chlorine in the pool, noisy at all hours, stray dogs near the houses, not all rooms have pool access, which I did not pay attention to when making the reservation

Too much noises from the neighboring studios. Due to the fact the studios are small, the people" are living" on the terraces and privacy is missing.

Apart of the small square meters of the studios, amenities are enough, washing machine, fridge, oven, cutlery, everything is very good!

The cleaning lady came after our check-in and during afternoon sleeping of my baby boy. It was now very clean in the bathroom, the shower was little bit broken. The crochet for the store was missing and there was not a place to dry towers. After it is was requested, everything was delivered.

One thing that can improve is the internet connection.

The staff was very friendly and they spoke English. They welcomed us and took us to the place where the apartment was located. We kept in touch before we arrived and they answered the questions we had. The whole complex was really nice. There was a place where we could park our car super close to the apartment. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. The place was clean, the air conditioner was working properly, there were no issues with the hot water, the kitchenette was well equipped, there were towels and a hair dryer. Pretty much everything you would need was provided.

For 6 days we had only one cleaning visit. The room was not cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned, the sand was on the floor, and the cotton sheets were changed with synthetic fabric, which was uncomfortable in the hot weather.

The place is new and well organized. Quiet and with good furniture.

There was a noise early in one of the morning from the neighbor apartment - because of cleaning activities. No hangers outside the wardrobe, which is inconvenient. No kitchen table and kitchen chairs, you can rely only on the outside garden table and chairs, which us not so much comfortable in some cases. There were interruptions of the tv signal during the stay for a long period of time.

There was an option to check-in early. The apartment was cleaned, and the sheets and towels were changed even on the next day, which was great. The apartment is new and everything is working properly inside and outside.
