The view is stunning and the location is perfect to be close enough to Oia but not feeling the pressure of the tourist crowd. The sunset and view from the church at the top of the hill is unbelievable!

We had a great experience. If you travel with kids bear in mind there is no washing machine and the kitchen is basic.

The apartment was beautiful - it had a nice terrace to use - the landlady was very responsive and helpful.

It is ideal for a couple, but if you travel with more friends or two couples bear in mind that the two double beds are practically in the same room (no door separated them.

The views are astonishing specially the sunset. The place is clean and lovely Elaine was very helpful at all times. Thank you for everything.

Elina and George are very welcoming and friendly. the facilities are great, the room is large and complete. The location is also good.

Even though it's only 2 minutes walking, it's a little struggle to carry the luggage to the house. However, I believe it's better spot than surrounds.

The location was fabulous! Lovely terrace to sit on which was welcomed and always shady areas to find. Host was so helpful via messages throughout my trip, organising airport transfers and food recommendations. Elvis and Jolanda were lovely too and often here cleaning up the terrace.

An AC would have helped but had sufficient fans though. No issues .

It was nice being slightly out of town but with restaurants close by.

Wish there was AC inside and the shower was awkward with no protection and being hand held only.

Quiet a big house area in a calm location close to oia

eleni, is a wonderful host and incredibly informative, which makes things very easy. Her staff jolanda and elvis are amazing and very accommodating. Krinaki taverna nearby has some of the best food you can eat locally.

a pool would make it an absolute luxury but then I couldn't afford to stay here😅

Perfect location for walks and for Oia. Superb local resteraunt, Krinaki. Easy access to routes to other parts of the island. Eleni could not have been more helpful.

Bathroom would benefit from an update but that is being picky as all lovely.

This is our return to the property after 5 years. We love staying here, very lovely, peaceful, roomy with full amenities. It is only 10 minutes walking to Oia. Eleni, the property manager very helpful and guide us thru everything.

Very calm and clean facility, only a little away from hustle and bustle of Oia town. Eleni was super kind to let us know everything we need during our stay, including a local restaurant, 3 min walk from hotel.

- large yard, lots of space - comfortable bed - authentic cave house - refreshing hot water for shower

- poor internet - the 5min walking stairs : difficult for a baby stroller

Very welcoming landlord, comfortable room, beautiful view from the terrace.

- The room was available before 14 - It is situated at 15mn > Saint Georgios Oia Holy Orthodox Church. You have to walk a little more to be in the center but you'll be with the panoramic view. - I was alone but you can come with 4 persons easily - Easy to talk on whatsapp with the host. Always online. I wasn't sure where i can parked my car but there's place in the street and i ask her if it was ok where i was. - i don't use the kitchen so i can't tell you anything. But there were 2 water bottles in the fridge when I arrived
