A little piece of heaven. A gorgeous, stylish, comfortable and welcoming villa, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A warm welcome from the staff and management. Perfection.

A fantastic living room, new apartment with all the comforts. The owners were very kind and available for every request. We were offered a room upgrade without surcharge (apartment on two levels with sea view terrace, jacuzzi and double bathroom). The fantastic sea is a stone's throw away. The other services are also easily accessible on foot. There is a parking lot. I stayed with my family and we will definitely be back.

Accommodation was super clean. Staff were very friendly. Vacilius (the manager/owner... not sure) was very pleasant and kept checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was OK. He even offered to change our villa if it wasn't suitable to my needs (I have a mild mobility issue at the moment). Victoria (Vacilius' work colleague) was, also, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault anything about the staff. When we first arrived, Vacilius gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything to us which was, super, helpful. (There were even nice little gifts/goodies that were got for us on arrival). Afterwards, he sent a long message detailing all the major attractions to see in Corfu. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The hot tub water was lovely and warm...the pool water is slightly warm. I think, in Greece, the government allows pools to be electrically heated until june-august - where they feel the sun, adequately, warms the water. However, due to the hot weather in Corfu, a cool pool was nice. Getting to the room, the best, and most striking thing about it, is the view...absolutely stunning. The whole outdoors is see-through glass - giving a spectacular sea view.

As I have mild mobility issue at present, a handrail on the staircase would have been advantageous....but, as mentioned, Vacilius did offer to switch our accommodation to meet my needs so no issue on his part at all. Other than that very small thing, everything else was perfect.

Everything! It couldn’t have been better. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay in such a great place.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Corfu – highly recommended! I spent two nights at this beautiful accommodation and felt truly welcomed from the very beginning. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and answering all of my questions with care. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped – with a comfortable bed, perfect air conditioning, a great bathroom, and a small terrace to relax. A big bonus for me as a traveler: I could park my motorcycle directly in front of the room. The location is peaceful, up in the hills with a beautiful view, and still just a short walk to the sea and to the nearby village with lovely restaurants and small shops. I was even able to use the pool, which was the perfect way to cool down after a warm day. All in all: quiet, modern, scenic, and run by truly welcoming people – I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Vassilis and Viktoria, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning — offering breathtaking views that we could never get tired of. The pool was a true highlight: clean, inviting, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Privacy and comfort were top-notch throughout our stay. Whether we were lounging on the terrace or enjoying a quiet evening inside, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The villa provided the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. We would absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family. It’s a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!🌴🌊🫧

The location was perfect. Each villa was very private. Very peaceful and relaxing. We were made to feel very welcome.

The view, the location (close to the beach and to a little strip with cute cafés and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and a bus stop). The manager and the entire staff are amazing, friendly, professional and helpful. The suite was very spacious, well designed, with a modern touch. It was cleaned everyday and had some nice ammenities (coffee machine, welcome bottles of white wine and water in the fridge, good Wi-Fi).The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub offered amazing views of the ocean and the sky. All in all a relaxing and cozy stay.

Firstly the team are fab. So friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate. Modern, light, spotlessly clean. There’s ample parking, and the accommodation is very well designed and spacious. Everything you could possibly want or need and it feels brand new. Location is everything and it won’t disappoint. A short (500m) walk passing villas, gardens and a few small businesses and you are in the centre of Mesongi and by the small but pleasant beach. We would recommend Bacchus restaurant, where Yanna runs a tight and incredibly friendly ship under the watchful eye of Katerina, her mother. Good Greek food, fabulous views and so welcoming. And inexpensive. Delicious Bakery serve lovely breakfasts and are equally friendly. It’s no surprise these two establishments were busier than those around them. And Three K supermarket sells everything. Literally. I’d hate to do stock take there. All in all, the people, accommodations and location won’t disappoint.

The only issue we had, and we made them aware of, was a small inconvenience where the hot tub wouldn’t run at the correct temperature for 2 of our 4 night stay. It was too cold to enjoy. To be honest, everything else was so awesome, it really didn’t matter.

The property was in a quiet location with just a five minute walk to Messonghi. Vesallis was a great host and recommended some lovely restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Villa was beautiful and the views were amazing!!! Walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. Vassilis, the Manager, was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. He provided us with a list of restaurants recommendation’s and things to do. The villa was immaculate and the cleaners came everyday. We wished we had booked to stay for longer and were sad to leave!

No Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The beautiful view was simply stunning and truly made our trip memorable. The conditions were great, and you can tell the place was designed with so much attention to detail – everything felt thoughtfully put together. It's also a super base for exploring the area, making it really convenient for sightseeing and activities. The bedroom with the sea view was an unforgettable experience; waking up to that sight each morning was incredible. On top of all this, the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and open, which really added to the positive atmosphere of our stay. Highly recommend!

Nothing to do with the property but the municipality should add more lights on the road. when walking back to the property at night there are a few dark spots which can feel unsafe when a car is incoming.

Great value for money luxurious accommodation. The amenities are top, equivalent to that of 5 star resorts but at a fraction of the price. Cleaning, staff, wi-fi speed and sea view, unbeatable. I would stay there again. Very happy :)

This villa was the perfect place to start exploring the island. Everything is there for you, from the hospitality to the comfort and amenities in the villa. Before checking in, we were given a tour of our apartment, how and where everything is located. Everything is in excellent and new condition and with an amazing view. The owners were always available and gave amazing recommendations for what to visit in the southern part of Corfu. We would definitely like to come back here!

The property is brand new and in great condition - Vassilis is very helpful with recommendations and information! The location is great with a 6-7 minute walk to a beach and you are close to Messongi. You also have private jacuzzi and pool! Great place to stay and enjoyed our time here
