The pool is probably the best in pefkos, it also had a snack bar where you could eat & drink all day, lovely pool area & the owner’s keep it clean

Nothing major and probably just because it’s the end of the season, so hard to fix quick ( chip in sink).

We loved the location, the pool area ( the best iced lattes from the pool bar) and the staff.( friendly and helpful). Was exactly what it is advertised as, a studio, so not massive but has everything you need, air con, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, hob, t.v( not that we used the hob or t.v).

Fabulous views and good location

This hotel was under staffed. There were only 2 members of staff who worked very hard but did not have enough time to do things throughly. This impacted on the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel was modern but already has signs of wear and tear. Quite a few of the sunbed cushions were ripped which is a shame as they have a large pool area. We arrived late than expected and there was no kettle or towels in our room and the kettle which we received had to be replaced as it was broken. There was a flood in a room along the corridor which was due to a toilet leaking. This kept us awake until after 4 due to the owner having to mop the leak up.

wifi worked on the days of checkin and checkout only. Other opened wifi were overcrowded. There were some things to be fixed. Small ants in the room. Tiny kitchen

there is a very good small beach near the flat. Staff was available to resolve some problem (gave dishes, fix a towel hange in the bathroom)

The pool area is being developed and the addition of a new toilet block is much needed.. I think that some greenery/ plants around the pool would make it more attractive and add a relaxing scenic atmosphere.

The sunbeds are very comfortable and I liked the peacefulness of the pool area. The pool is lovely and a good size for our needs. The apartment was clean , modern and comfortable. The fly screens on the doors are an added bonus. I think that the apartments are best suited for no more than two people as they are compact. Antonis is an excellent host. The Information on the guest portal is very useful. He does everything he can to help and make your stay relaxing.

Difficult to check in but it was sorted out. Fridge door didn’t close but not an issue for me.

New pool area very good. Felt really safe as a solo traveller. My room was overlooking the pool which was amazing.

Our room was never cleaned. Occasionally got clean towels and bed sheets. When I booked this I thought there was ‘actual’ storage for our bags on the last day but there wasn’t, told to put them in the hallway where everyone can see them! Antonis was awful at responding to any messages!

Noisy area - it is definitely not located in quite residential area, there is loud music until 1am every evening from nearby night bar (sometimes you can hear music also from the second bar). Pefki beach is bit far than showing on google maps and as advertised since there is closed gate on the way which you cannot cross. So it is not 600m as per google but app. 900m. Cleanliness - the bathroom was dirty upon arrival with some rust in the shower and the faucet had a greasy coating. The same with kettle and other kitchenware. Bit small kitchenette hidden in the closet at the entrance to the room - after few days we got use to use it. Poorly equipped kitchenette with only base kitchenware (pot, plates, glasses) but we got what we needed upon request from Toni. Terrible Wifi.

Nice new room with really good matrasses and with brand new swimming pool. Close location to nice small not organized beach - St Thomas Beach (2 minutes). Daily cleaning was ok, towels and sheets changed every 3 days, which was enough. Our room was prepared to check-in early and we could stay bit longer after check-out. Toni provided quickly what we needed (kitchenware) and answered questions. There is shop with all you need nearby (2 minutes walk). Bus stop to Lindos and Rhodos is also 2 minutes walk.

Pool not finished

The rooms were lovely and clean. Beds really comfy. Wifi and tv great. Just a shame we were expecting a pool as advertised but due to reasons they hadnt finished pool was filled part through 2nd week of our stay but no shower toilet or refreshment facilities available. The pool area is going to be great beautiful. But we were disappointed.

There is no swimming pool, the day before flight I received information about the pool not ready, but it turned out that they are just starting to build it and it is visible in the pictures. For me it's a scam. The TV is just a decoration. There is no signal, apparently it's normal in this location, so there should be this information.

Clean though only cleaned once every 3 days. Blisko plaży. There is a kettle but no tea or coffee. salt or pepper is also missing

It’s a great location, a very short walk to shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and everything you could want, the room was clean, cleaned daily with fresh towels, the cleaner was friendly and works very hard, Nicholas, the manager was very friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, check in was easy, the pool was great and the area around the pool was cleaned daily,

We had no shower for the first 4 days (tiny trickle of scolding water came out) We asked on arrival then 3 more times about getting this sorted to which the owner became abusive on our last attempt. Threatening and swearing at us in front of our 5 year old daughter. His answer was if we didn’t like it he didn’t care his hotel is fully booked so leave. So that’s what we did - 4 days early! Been visiting Pefkos for 25years!!

Avoid this place! We booked this apartment in advance for the first week of October with full prepayment, excited to finally go on vacation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived around 9 p.m. and had informed the owner. However, when we got there, he sent someone who didn’t speak English to check us in. The room was in unacceptable condition. There were broken door handles, dirt everywhere, ants in the bed, and hairs from previous guests stuck to the walls in the bathroom. Even worse, there was mold on the walls, which is a serious health hazard. We immediately asked for a room change, but they offered similar rooms, just without broken handles. They were also dirty, with cobwebs that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, more hair everywhere, and ants in the bed. As it was already late, we couldn't find another hotel with available rooms for the same night. We decided to stay for a few hours to get some rest, but didn’t even unpack our bags. In the morning, I regretted it even more. We woke up with ants in the bed, and because I’m allergic to mold, my face was red and peeling by morning. We called the owner to explain the situation and let him know we were leaving. He simply replied with "ok." When we requested a refund for the remaining six nights (we were only staying one night, which we didn’t ask to be refunded), he refused, claiming we should have canceled the reservation ourselves and even accused us of blackmailing him. We’ve reached out to Booking.com and our bank for assistance and hope for a refund.

I had a fantastic stay at **Pals Studios**! The room was absolutely perfect—modern, with an amazing shower, and I loved having a small fridge to keep our water cold. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The pool was spotlessly clean and refreshingly cool, which was perfect in the hot weather. The location was ideal too—just around the corner from all the great restaurants, yet wonderfully peaceful with no noise reaching the hotel. I highly recommend Pals Studios and would definitely stay here again!

Owner of Pals , very aggressive abusive man . I was asked to leave this accommodation after he presumed I was taking food and drink round swimming pool . When I tried to explain it was milk and teabags he got more aggressive , swearing , intimidating, insulting to the point he called me an old lady ! Asking me to go and **** myself , threatening police with me as I tried to stick up for myself . I have witnesses to this terrible ordeal that are reporting him too ! I had to leave the property and find alternative accommodation , luckily I did and ended staying at amazing place feeling safe . When I arrived he said it was very safe there being a solo single lady on holiday what he did not mention I wasn’t safe around him ! His wife Sarah is English and she watched this along with his staff , they were all you gob snacked at his awful threatening behaviour .

The cleaning was unpresented and there was hair everywhere from the first night, so not our hair. In the room there is a coffee machine with no coffee capsules provided. Also, they had in the room just 1 cup with 2 small spoons, all used I guess from the previous guests. Also, during our stay the "cleaning provided" was just doing the bed, felt like nothing was cleaned. Overall I am very concern if they even clean the room before our arrival. Also, they don't provide pool towels - when we asked they showed us some to buy, and when I asked for normal towels I was given dirty ones with mascara on. More importantly, NO reception exists so in case you need to contact with someone is very difficult. We try to call the number provided from booking multiple times during our stay and we got no single answer back, as we did not know where to leave the keys on check out, and no one was answering.

The only good about this place is the design of the rooms. Also, no ridiculous price for the room.
