An amazing choice for a peaceful stay in Santorini. Everything you need is within walking distance, and if you want to explore further, the villa hosts take care of transportation. They also suggest activities, restaurants, and stunning spots to watch the sunset. We were welcomed warmly and with great kindness. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the entire island from the window. A place everyone should experience!

Amazing place! The view to Caldera is breathtaking and the rooms are very spacious and have all the necessary amenities! The highlight is of course the owners. Mrs Martha and Mr Lefteris are very helpful with everything and explain all the things you should do in the island. We wish to be back one day!

The room was wonderful and clean, with a stunning view of the Caldera! The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect for a few days' escape to magical Santorini! It's also close to the lighthouse, where you can watch the sunset, and to Fira. An excellent choice for relaxation and exploring the island!

The only minus I could say about this accommodation IS the breakfast which is quite poor, of course you can eat to have an acceptable breakfast, but this is their weak point!

The property is superb! The host is very friendly, helps with anything needed, and if there is something needed and it is not within her scope, she struggles until it is solved. The accommodation is very clean, they do excessive cleaning every day even if they don't have to, they still do excessive cleaning.

I had an amazing stay! The view, facilities, and service were all incredible, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the host, Martha. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home. You can get the views/facilites in any other villa, but you can't find another Martha. Highly recommend!

Pancratium is the perfect place on Santorini if you want to escape the crowds and to be in a typical Greek village. Situated in a quiet spot in Akrotiri, it has astonishing views across the caldera. Our room was spacious with a stunning view. We arranged to be picked up in the harbour and then brought back to airport at a small cost. Martha and Lefteris are exceptional hosts, even providing a local mobile phone to use if we needed to be picked up or dropped off and local beaches restaurants etc and this was no cost. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, the orange juice was fresh squeezed too! Thank you, Martha and Lefteris, for all you did to make our stay so special we didn’t want to leave.

Everything was just perfect - location, facilities, the room, cleanliness. But most of all, our hosts Martha and Lefteris: they really make your stay memorable; very friendly, discrete, always smiling, always willing to help and give you the best advises depending on your interests. The second you check in, you feel like you're in the house of some your best friends. The location of the property is also great - in a quite area, with a great view and a huge balcony. At the same time, it's quite easy to get around by bus or car hire if you wanted to visit the nearby villages.

The hotel is very well equipped and extremely tidy and clean. Fresh towels every day. Martha and Lefteris are dream hosts who do their utmost to make your stay an unforgettable experience, literally going the extra mile to take you to the nearest supermarket when it is pouring, or to a restaurant in the next village in case that the local restaurants are still hibernating (we stayed in the beginning of March, off-season, and many places were stiil closed, but we enjoyed every minute that we spent on the quite island that is gorgeous all year round).

Best place where to stay in Santorini ! The area is quiet and beautiful, Martha and her husband are so nice and helpful and we had a wonderful time in Pancratium. We will certainely stay there again if we come back to Santorini and I highly recommand it ! I also recommand this area if you want to be away from the crowd and experience an authentic Santorini.
