The beautiful view and the private access to the water.

Nothing I didn’t like

Among all the positives, Elena's reception is the number one. She was incredibly kind and treated us like family. The view is beautiful, and it’s close to good beaches as well as within walking distance to restaurants. The room is beautifully decorated and even had extra pillows.

wi-fi connection wasn't great.

Everything was awesome about the place. The staffs were super friendly and the gave me food and drinks for free. They were very very helpful.

Super place with amazing host! Make sure you rent a car though!

Elena is nice and warm. They treated us to watermelon and told us about the possibilities of recreation in the city. The sea is less than a minute from the apartment, and there are free sun loungers. A great place!!

We loved the Greek hospitality of the hosts! So welcoming and beyond warm! Also, the beautiful sea views, sunrises, amenities, soooo clean, comfortable, like home. We will visit again!

Elena is an exceptional host, always welcoming and friendly with a warm smile. The property is just a short drive from the center of Zante, situated in a peaceful area ideal for those seeking relaxation. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the views are stunning.

Gorgeous view, everything like in the photos, good AC. Amazing, helpful staff. Even though the walls are thin, the guests were respectful of each other and didn't make any noise more than the usual.

The good parts have surpassed anything I didn't like.

The House is very close with the city, you can reach the city easily walking or even taking a taxi that costed less than 10 Euro. Also it has an amazing private beach 20 m away from the apartment. Then Elena and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, they can guide you about the tips. The apartment are also very clean. Just amazing and i hope i can return there the next year again.

Everything! Elena, Joy and all the staff is extremely welcoming. They made our stay really comfortable for 6 days and they cleaned the room every day so when we arrived from a beach/trip day we always were greeted by a space that felt like home. It is spacious enough with a nice balcony to enjoy the seafront view it has. They provided water, juices and small cookies as a welcoming gift and also they gave us watermelon on a couple of occasions after we arrived. They have beers, juices and water to sell in case you need some. The beds and umbrellas they have on the beach are great to relax in case you arrive early from your day (and the beach was one of our favorites as it is quiet and not crowded with a beautiful color). The staff provided answer to our questions quickly and provided a list of recommendations on what to visit or eat that didn't fail us once. It is easy to find a parking spot every time and also to move around from here. If you rent a car like we did it has a perfect location because it avoids all the crowds of Zakynthos town were it takes several minutes to find a parking spot. But still, it makes it easy to move around to restaurants and other beaches. Once again thanks Elena and Joy for making our stay exceptional and memorable!

The property was amazing with the beach right in front of you want to take a quick dip. The rooms were very clean every day and Elena and Joy are always so hospitable, nice and helpful! I def recommend staying here.

If you are a bit on the taller side make sure not to get the top apartment as you are confined to the structure of that space. Not Elena’s fault at all, we should have better checked when making the reservation and gotten a room on a different floor.

Elena and joy help me when i had problems to find an excursion and when i blocked my smartphone... I can’t find my booking for my return flight... But finaly, the problem was solved... Elena and Joy were always there for me... The room was perfect and i sleep there as a child... I appreciate also the private bâche. Thank you Joy, thank you Elena For me, 11 op 10!!!!

The accommodation has a very special, cozy atmosphere. The view from both the balcony and the bed was stunning. As we entered the room, we were welcomed by a pleasant, clean scent. The room is well equipped (electric kettle, air conditioner, tableware). The area is quiet and absolutely perfect for relaxation. The beachfront belonging to the accommodation is very clean, and the sea displays beautiful, vibrant colors. It was really peaceful swimming there. Huge bonus is that you get a perfect spot to watch sunrises. The town center is about an easy 25–30 minute walk away, with a pedestrian path running along the seaside most of the way. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. We leave with memories that will last a lifetime and sincerely hope to return one day. Highly recommend!

Location was pretty and relaxed

This little gem near the Zakynthos city center is everything you need for a calm stay on the island. The room is big enough to fit luggage and also have spare room to move around comfortably. Elena and her daughter were so helpful and kind, they welcomed us very warmly. Thank you very much!!...But let me highlight a little bit more the views from the balcony... 100% worth it. You can hear the calm waves and truly relax because the road under the room is not so busy so you kind of feel you are in a remote location you & the sea.🌊

The hosts are incredibly helpful and really kind. The location is quiet, across the sea and has a small private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. The room was clean and bohemic, with a sea view and a spacious balcony. Absolutely recommend staying here!
