The mattress was too firm for my liking - but others may like that.

The staff were great. I had to leave the suitcases in the lobby as i arrived early and had an appointment to go to. I was gone for over 12 hrs and when i returned at 12:30 am the following day my bags had been put in my room. The location was great too. Lots of shops , cafes, restaurants near by. Modern rooms Good aircon. I would stay there again.

Liked everything.

Kiato and this hotel was an unexpectedly great stop. We chose it to break our journey from Patras to Piraeus and was so pleased we did. And walked the 25 min from the station but there are plenty of taxis.The quality of the hotel was very good our room a decent size and very clean. It had a balcony with views to the hills and sea. We ate at a lovely family restaurant by the sea only 10mins walk from the hotel and had a delicious coffee in the morning. Both restaurant and cafe recommended by the friendly hotel manager and both superb. Totally recommend, great value for money and would stay again.

It was all good

The hotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in, the first room we were assigned had a problem with the shower but the reception staff helped us quickly move to a new room so we were taken care of. They also helped us store our 2 bicycles safely.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Told us the best beach for a swim and even provided beach towels. Also they were extremely helpful with onward travel to Patras as there was strike on the railways.

The room had everything we needed and even had a balcony which was unexpected! It is clean and updated - USB ports were plentiful, etc. Most importantly - the staff was SO friendly and extremely helpful to us regarding bus travel needs. We were very happy we stayed here.

Clean and renovated rooms. Walking distance to many places. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We lost a piece of jewelry on the road and the man at the desk helped us find it by going outside and looking with us.

I only ended up in Kiato by chance as I wanted to visit an ancient site nearby. The hotel was very nice and I was impressed by the hote, it’s staff and the general standard

The bed was absolutely horrendous, could barely sleep due to the protruding springs. No kettle in the room, the shower handle was not attached to the wall

Room was average. Small things like no additional PowerPoints other than the one used by the small refrigerator in the room. When you left the room the electricity had to be turned off and therefore anything you have in the fridge will heat up.
