Great place, for both relax and fun. Close to Laganas strip (where are all the clubs and bars) but at the same time far enough so you can have calm and quiet sleep. Also Maria, the owner was super cool and helpfull. Helped us to book taxi in and out, also rented a car for couple days and gave us best tips for trips. Always responding on whatsup the same hour. VERY much recommended.

There's nothing we didn't like

Absolute paradise, peaceful, short walk to the sea and not much further to the main strip. I wish I was staying another week. Owner couldn't be more helpful, she is a very attentive host that will help in any way she can. Felt very private like a home from home. Decorated gorgeous! Everything as clean as can be.

Location was excellent, close to everything, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment and pool area were spotless and our host Maria was lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

Nothing major , the big shower got cold sometimes that really the only thing.

We had personal contact from the start. The apartment was very clean and close to the laganas strip. Free parking and quiet and nice pool. The beds was clean and good.

In the add was mentioned private parking and the garage which was the reason we booked this place, because we ride motorcycles and it important for us to keep it safe overnight. I specifically asked about it and was told that we’ll have it. Instead when we arrived we were shown dirt patch under olive trees behind the fence with piles of trash. Water from the tap is not drinkable, you can’t even make a cup of tea, because it tastes salty, so a bottle of water on arrival would be nice , so you don’t have to run to the store right away. Also some salt, pepper and a tea towel would be good .

Great location, very sweet host, cute decorations, new and renovated, beautiful apartment. Nice view as garden, pool. Shower and bed were nice, kitchenette has everything you need.

I feel somewhat bad for saying this, but we did not find out that the tap/running water was undrinkable until we arrived. It has a slightly salty taste to it. We were fine drinking bottled water, but it's something that people should definitely be aware of.

Excellent value for money, and particularly good as there is a small kitchenette which allows simple meals to be prepared. Overall presentation of the rooms was good and the beds comfortable. Generally quiet if you close all the windows, but is also very dependent on neighboring rooms. Hosts were easy to communicate with, friendly, and helpful.

We loved this place, amazing! It was very clean and big rooms like in the pictures. Everything is new. The garden is very nice too with pool. Very good location, calm street but close to the sea and the city centre. Special thanks for Maria she is very nice, friendly and helpful 😊

Awesome experience from start to end. We chose to stay here for 10 days, the room is not very big but is comfortable and has everything you need. In 10 minutes and a light walk you are in the center of Laganas. The cleaning service is free of charge and Maria even got us a cot for our baby. She arranged the transfer from and to the airport for us and the rental car. I don’t have enough good words for this woman. Thank you again! 🫶🏻

Maria is an amazing host, she is always there for you when you need something and she even helped us rent a car an have it brough directly to the property. The location is ideal, situated partially into an olive grove with the sounds of cicadas on the background is a lovely place to stay and relax, also very close to the beach. The room was spotless and cleaning was undetaken every second day. The room facilities are great and the view over the pool/ sea is lovely. I would definetly recommend staying here if you plan a vacation around Laganas.

We had no complaints at all.

The rooms were modern and all the facilities you need with extras , the pool area are was chilled and relaxed plenty of sunbeds the owner Maria went above and beyond throughout our stay and even arranged transport to and from the airport for a small charge. We were three 17 girls travelling for the first time alone together and Maria was the perfect host, we would certainly stay again and highly recommend her and her apartments to anyone staying in Laganas.

You do get warned when you arrive, but the mosquitos were a pain in the ass in the evening. So if you want to sit outside on the balcony you will get bitten. I went one evening on the balcony and got like 8 bites. But this is not something that is there fault, it's more because of the environment

The facility is in a quiet location among olive trees, not seemingly just a few kilometres away from the hustle and bustle of Laganas. It is possible to have breakfast in the neighbouring hotel for only 10€.

Location of the building is perfect. There are only natural sounds: wind, birds, insects coming from an olive orchard and many other plants and trees around the property. In the same time, the distance to the restaurants is small - 5-7 min of walk. The swimming pool is a good one.
