Not much, everything was good

We had a great stay in Samos. Paradise hotel is central, one street back from the main Street of Vathi. Safe and quiet but close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Evi would greet us every morning with a smile, made the time for a chat and suggest places to go. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and a proper verandah to sit on. Bus station around the corner will take you to most parts of the entire island. Evi gave us a travel agency nearby which takes you on tours. We managed to do a tour of Patmos which was amazing. You can also visit Ephesus and other neighbouring islands from Samos with local ferries. Beautiful green island with amazing beaches, good food and friendly locals.

The premises are really old, so there were some problems with the room. The bathroom door didn’t close because it was wood and got bigger in time with humidity I guess. The bath was really hard to get in and the faucet was facing the wrong way, so you end up wetting the floor more than you should.

The location and the staff was amazing. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a parting gift. We felt safe and comfortable. The desk gave us excellent recommendations for traveling and beaches. They carried the bags to our rooms and helped in need.

Tea water not hot enough

Parking facility, renovated room 309 Breakfast generally ok. Tomatoe, cuxumber several chese. Yogurt, honey, several sweets egs, omlette and so on.

The location of hotel is very close to the center and there is a car park across it. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

The bathroom was bright and modern, but the light over the lovely large mirror threw my face into shadow, not good for shaving. (P.S. I used to be an architect, so notice these things).

I arrived at O4.20hrs.in the .morning (or night)& was immediately welcomed by the night staff member! The staff were helpful, friendly and I was gifted with a wrapped "Easter" soap by way of a small gesture.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly and polite. Unlike the local people working in cafes, restaurants, and other tourist shops in Vathy, they were helpful and warm-hearted in every way.

nice Hotel very close to 'downtown' Samos city, can reach Restaurants, Shopping etc. by foot easily. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

There was no soundproofing at all. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable, I was not sleeping well and I had back pain every morning (I have sensitivity in my back and I know when a mattress is not good). The Wifi was very very bad, sometimes I felt like I was having a 56k modem back in the 90s. Although there was cleaning every day, body soap and shampoo were not replenished with new.

The room was clean and quite big for the money. There was a nice desk to work at. The bathroom had a bathtub and I had a pair of one-use flip-flops in my room. Constant and everyday cleaning was provided. Plenty of hangers in the closet. The host has provided extra pillows as I have requested which I appreciate.

There were a few faults in terms of physical upkeep particularly the bathroom but it would be hard to give this hotel anything other than a good review. Lovely staff and very clean in a good location. And very quiet.
