You feel home from the first moment you step in this property. From the warm and super caring welcoming of Antonia to the charm of it’s location and the beautiful view on the see - and all the small details of the villa that makes it so special. Adding to that the great facilities ( pool- diverse seating areas - close sandy beach and restaurants) All made our stay memorable and it was hard to leave

Nothing to not like it’s a perfect place

The place is truly magical, with private access to the sea. If you are after privacy and calmness this place offers it tenfold! The whole complex on this private pennisula consists only of 2 villas - one is for 4-5 people, and features private swimming pool, and the offer has an apartment on ground floor for 4 people with large outdoor space, and apartment on first floor with large tarasse for 2 people . Both feature an outdoor private jacuzzi. All apartments have private large sun beds with canopy, and there is also plenty of space for everyone in form of sun beds, outdoor sofas, hammocks, etc. You truly have a wonderful sense of privacy, coupled with amazing views and sea just at your fingertips. At the same time the small village is just 300 m away, with wonderful places to dine and do some small food shopping. The top floor apartment apartment in which we stayed is beautifully decorated and features all you need - fully equipped kitchen, air-condition, bathroom, bedroom, living room, with a table, hammock and sofa on the tarasse. We arrrived really late, to do any shopping, and Antonia, our wonderful host, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and next days suprised us with greek breakfast. The access to the see is through private steps, but literally 10 m away from this place there is a shallow water, sandy access to the water via small public beach, if this is more what you prefer. I absolutely recommend this place and cannot wait to visit it again!

Nothing - everything was wonderful

Our family has spent this years summer break at Antonia‘s property which is an absolute amazing & stunning spot and one of the most wonderful places we have seen in the world. My wife, our two kids (12 & 15y) and I have enjoyed every minute and we arrived totally relaxed with our batteries fully powered again!! Not to forget Mina, who kept our house clean and fresh every day! Many thanks „Madame Antonia“, and please stay as healthy and wonderful as you are - we will come back!! Our stay at Paradisso Beach Villas in Zakynthos was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Their local knowledge and recommendations truly enhanced our visit, making us feel like we were part of the Zakynthos community. The location is ideal, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The outdoor space is fantastic. Such a treat to be so close to the sea and to have a private beach.

I think it would be better as a whole villa as having someone above us felt quite intrusive. They constantly played music and were quite noisy. Not the hosts fault but it felt less special having people watching you from the balcony.

A wonderful quite location, lovely rooms and beautiful outside spaces directly at the sea. You really can feel that the owner loves to take care of everything. We definitely will come back

This is one of those very special places you immediately feel at home and never want to leave. Just truly all around a fantastic experience and exceptionally beautiful - the villas, the outdoor lounge areas and of course the beautiful sea and beaches. The pictures do not do it justice, because it is even more beautiful in person. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was so sad to leave. And actually ended up returning while on the same trip to stay here additional nights because it was just that special. Antonia is a fabulous host, so kind and will take excellent care of you. I already look forward to returning next summer!!

This place is fabulous ✨♥️ The apartment, the cosy places directly at the sea - just wow ✨♥️

It is the second time that my husband and I have been there. Since 2021 a lot has changed. It has been already perfect back then that’s why we came back again however Antonia, the lovely host, has even achieved to improve the stay. Besides that the appartement is freshly renovated there are also new private Jacuzzis with a view on the sea. Everything ist very clean (daily serviced) and you can see that Antonia takes really care of everything! Not only you have a private entrance to the sea (only shared with the two other appartements) additionally you can use SUPs and a Kajak for free to discover the beautiful ocean! Antonia, thank you for the lovely stay and we will see each other again.

Fanttastic location to unwind. There are several small areas at the seaside to relax and swim, and a small cozy beach is right next to the property. The apartment we stayed at was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. During the week we were there we hardly ever left the property, it was that nice.

We had wonderful days staying at paradisso beach villas! The location was way over our exceptions. The pictures online cannot reproduce entirely the magic of the place. The house is elegant decorated in every detail and also very cozy. The quiet and private terrace on the sea gives wonderful views. The private access to the see is unique. The water is turquoise surrounded by vegetation. Antonia was an excellent host and gave us always great tips about restaurants and place to see on the island. We highly recommend a staying in this unique wonderful place, that we will keep in our hearth.
