Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThese suites in Páros were pure luxury. The modern yet eco friendly facilities were beautiful accommodations. The room was spacious and comfortable and the details of the robe, slippers and amenities gave it extra comfort. The morning views and the private pool were heavenly and the staff here was exceptional at providing an exceptional stay. You will need a way to get around and the hotel as the location is on the outside of town in a quiet and peaceful location. The staff was helpful coordinating a rental that was dropped off at my hotel, they coordinated massages and any other services I needed. I can’t wait to come back and I’ll be dreaming of this stay for a very long time

IrelandThe location: I like to walk and would have no problem walking into Naoussa, however the property was on the side of a busy road with no footpaths (no fault of the hotel). It meant driving everywhere and parking could be an issue in Naoussa. The restaurant in the hotel is run by another company and we didn't have a great experience for dinner. They did make it up to us with a voucher but overall we found it very expensive and not worth the money. The setting was lovely however. Overall while we enjoyed our stay, we found it overpriced for what we used it for. We essentially just slept there and used it as a base for exploring.
Our room was spacious and well laid out with a beautiful terrace with loungers and Jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had lots of excellent suggestions for day trips and restaurants and the grounds were well kept. It was on the water with a tiny private beach in front of it and a 2 min walk to a sandy beach. It was a short drive to Naoussa and Santa Maria beaches.

Absolutely everything was amazing. From the staff being so helpful and welcoming, the food for breakfast was outstanding, rooms are spacious, location is peaceful but still close to Naoussa, but our favourite was the animals 🥹 please go and see diamond and darco (sorry if I spelt that wrong) the beautiful dogs, they are beautiful and friendly giants ! The horse and donkey were so cute too !

CanadaThe location, although close to Naoussa is farther than I anticipated and the hotel is a bit isolated. You will definitely need a car if you stay at this hotel and walking would not be an option. It cost €39 for a cab ride into town which is five minute drive.
The property had large spacious rooms and most suites come with a private plunge pool. They also have a beautiful restaurant that serves a great breakfast in the morning.

United StatesI would have liked more options on the dinner menu but it was still great!
Breakfast was included with our stay and it was phenomenal. An intimate restaurant with beautiful views and a great breakfast menu! Loved the bottles that came with the room and the water refill stations. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was so kind and provided anything we needed.

United StatesI very much enjoyed my three day stay with friends and family at Paros Comfy Suites. Yianni was there to make sure all was comfortable and convenient for us. The property is well taken care of and walking to the small pen of ducks, goats and horses was relaxing as you strolled along the incredible view of the ocean. A beach was also close by, as was the opportunity to paddle board, or sit in a private sunspot along the ocean's edge. Although I didn't use the outdoor gym, I wish I had. It was obvious that the property was maintained. It was very convenient to have breakfast steps away from my room, the restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we didn't want to drive into town, approx. 15 min away, Yianni provided us with drivers we could contact (at our expense) to alleviate the chore of driving in and out of Naoussa. I would recommend this place to those looking for a place to stay in Paros.

GermanyNothing to complain, we had an absolutely lovely stay
Beautiful property, large and spacious room with its own little beach although the beach itself is not easily accessible since it is quite rocky. The staff is more than attentive and very well coming the breakfast is à la carte and truly delicious. Our room has a large balcony with beautiful Seaview. We even had our own to sunbeds.

IsraelThe shower might be a small inconvenience. You get alot of water on the floor around
Its location is amazing, yes wont see sunsets but you have superior views of the sea. Located 15min walk (or 3 min drive) outside Naousa city. But its location is very intimate and quite. It has private beach (small) but you can walk 3 min to the Siparos beach which is much better than the one in the City. Staff is very nice and very polite. The breakfast is restaurant like but it is really good and tasty. Rooms are clean, very spacious, simple and nice design (feels like home), big windows that could be half/fully opened. During our stay they werent fully booked so they upgraded us to the family suite.

United StatesOur stay was late-May. Our room had an outdoor jacuzzi but it was not heated and the water was too cold to enjoy. I would recommend the hotel heat the jacuzzi or alert the guest in advance that it is unheated so the guest can decide whether to spend the extra for this amenity. It was not worth it for us in the end.
Breakfast was excellent. The hotel property itself is not walkable to Naousa, which was somewhat disappointing. You will need a car to explore Paros anyway, but we generally like to walk into town for breakfast and dinner as parking in nearby towns can be tricky.
