The staff was incredibly welcoming, always with a huge smile on their faces. There is parking on site, lobby working 24h, clean rooms, 24h usable pool, and quiet neighbourhood. Would visit again for sure.

There was no fridge and TV in the room. No shampoo as well. Everything else was perfect.

The owner was awesome, there was nice, warm and clean pool. Agora Beach which is 5min by walking away is the best beach in the area. The breakfast was great. There was free wifi at the lobby.

Breakfast was very basic. The service during the breakfast was very slow. Sometimes one had too wait quite bit for food to be resupplied, which was served in minimal quantities. This was evident when there were a lot of hotel guests in the dinning room.

Beautiful place with a pool and lovely staff. Everything clean, new towels everyday, fresh watermelon with the breakfast :) Alex was very helpful (explaining public transport, arranging transfer to the airport, making tasty coctails). It’s easy to visit places using the bus, the station is about 5 minutes away by walk. There is a small fridge and aircon in the room. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!:)

Internet - WiFi. But this is general problem in Greece.

Pool with small jacuzzi was perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was fresh. Balcony is large with a great view on the sea. There is always place for parking. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.

the breakfast was excellent with many options, location is perfect without crowds and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, it is a little further from the city center but with a car it is not a problem the view is excellent and you can see the sunrise

Wi-Fi only works inside the lobby and not in the rooms. Sea view rooms do not include sea view, I will leave a photo of allegedly sea view room. Breakfast is sad. Nothing that can really be considered a proper breakfast. Parking spots are improvised.

Staff is really nice, everything was clean and ready on agreed time for check in.

We arrived on the check in time and we had to wait over an hour for the double room to be ready as was not cleaned before. Then while being in the double room we got the key for the triple room. Hallway and reception dirty, they don’t know how to hoover it or mop it. The room has no fridge and is no shower gel in the bathroom, only a small soap that is breaking when you try to use it. It’s worst place I’ve been and shouldn’t be allowed to book any rooms on booking. After we came from the beach and tried to make a shower I noticed that the water is only cold and only when the tap is on maximum hot water you could have some warm water, not enough to shower a child. After taking a shower the bathroom gets flooded and dirty, is no way to mop it or clean it. You are just living like a pig. After I spoke with the booking representative on the phone the hotel representative accepted to refund me the money as I chose not to stay there anymore. At 9pm I looked for a place to stay for my entire holiday as this hotel is in a state and you can’t stay there. Hardly I found something and I also lost my money as the hotel representative didn’t want to give me back the money even though they verbally approved to booking that they give me back the money they didn’t sent the written approval. Only lies and they take you as stupid. They treat the clients bad and they only give you lies. Moreover, you need an off-road car to reach the hotel and not to destroy your car
